Thanks for the video. I had trouble getting it out the box because of the glue dot causing it to stick to the card board really well. Then, couldn’t open the darn thing. 😩 After watching the video, I was able to get it together.

Thank you for this video. I purchased two through Amazon and it did not come in the manufacturer packaging and it did not open like my older model. Yours is the second video I watched, and wallah - squeeze the sides. No button to push. The first video showed pushing a button, which did not work. Thank you again.

Same here. I finally figured out how to open it but realized I turned the stupid thing off. Then I couldn't pry it open again. It took me about 10 minutes to finally open it and as someone else said, don't point it at your face! 🙄 I also have arthritis and small hands. Everyone who says it's easy doesn't have any of these issues. I hope you were finally able to do it. smile😃

Tip- If the lid of spray refill doesn’t open, blow some air on top of lid, it has one little hole on top, it instantly opens, worked for me😄
