Excellent progress on the new shop! - (We need a lot more people willing to use their hands and do a lot of heavy manual work. You can’t create everything just by working from home on a laptop computer!) Great work and stay safe boys! 👍👍👍👍

Give that buildings crew a shout out for helping you guys finish it in a timely manner. They deserve all the work you guys can spread out by word to mouth. I saw another comment.
It would actually be a great project to restore Pops Semi-truck as an opening of the new garage, surely he would appreciate it a lot as part of thanking him for his hard work he is putting in... 💪🇿🇦❤️
Keeping the bros. In check: Glad to see them acknowledge that they were over their head in building the shop. Bringing in professionals was money well spent. Having pops there to oversee the job was a bonus. Reward him with his dream car. Reward the construction crew. Give them Goonzsquad merchandise. Very happy to see you visiting your local junk yard. Just like the good old days when you were on a tight budget. Winters coming fast…would be nice to have the shop fully enclosed so you wan work on it during those snowy, cold days. Enjoyed this video. Get rest. Get well.
You guys should really give the building crew a proper shout out, they deserve all the work they can get! They are straight up life savers, completing a major build for you for a reasonable price and at break-neck speed! Really moved up your schedule and all the opportunities for further growth with all your projects and the channel!
For the new building: Paint Booth, Tire Machine, Frame Machine and one or two minions. You also need a camera system, networking, wifi and access control system.
Bathroom/shower, break room/kitchenette, lounge area, much of it upstairs. You think the space is unlimited now when it's empty but it will go F A S T.
Awesome building, your definitely going to want to epoxy coat the floor before you move tools and lifts in. I would concrete the outside perimeter of the building. Come out about 20 feet then asphalt the rest. MRC Garage is spot on having a carport on one side of the building full length
YES!! paint the sides of the hood and leave a section of carbon in the middle! will look way more personalized than a bolt-on part. epic build for sure
Not sure of the exact layout of the surrounding streets, but I’d plan for a loading dock for deliveries and entry/exit for trucks. Also, Id save space for a whole other building towards the back of the parking lot for vehicle storage so they’re not in the work area. Seems like y’all could use a dedicated wash/detailing area too
I’m still at a loss why one would use those wobbly sheets of insulation instead of sturdy foam insulation panels. Not only do those panels double up as decent wall finish on the inside (as opposed to flexible insulation sheets), they also provide way better fire proofing. Could it be that foam insulation panels were in short supply? Or is it just a matter of cost?
From experience: You will appreciate having air con. and heat so you can keep it the same temperature all year long. It might be expensive, but well worth it in the long run, trust that! Thanks for sharing guys and have a wonderful week!
Nice job guys. I love watching your stuff. Super excited to see the building coming together. That Is a huge milestone! Something I recommend is when you get the parking lot done and paved, is build one of those long car ports that some dealership have to keep the cars protected when outdoors, I wouldn't think you'll keep all the cars inside because it will become crowded very fast.
@@kinggsayso.5405 I hate seeing all the cars covered in leafs and tree sap, those car ports would be a life saver. Even have battery tenders on each pole so they are always ready to start and they won't be buying so many battery's lol.
The new shop is looking amazing, huge shoutout to those guys who showed up and banged it out in record time. As far as the inside goes, you should definitely do a good HVAC system while it’s still early and most certainly do the frame machine and paint booth, doing as much in-house means no waiting on others to make those things available.

I'm glad to see so much progress on the new shop. Concrete is easier to drift on; it's more slippery. Gotta have a big Grand Opening! Get all the UA-camrs like Tavarish, the Hoonigan guys, TJ Hunt and the Throtl team, Westin, just all those dudes out there!
You will need heat for sure. I have a metal building with 2" closed cell spray foam on ceiling and walls and it still gets cold in the winter. I live in North Carolina which is pretty close to Tennessee's weather.
Definitely go for ac and heating. You’ll be able to work much more efficiently and just have an overall more positive and productive work environment. It’s worth the extra money Source: hvac technician/owner
Also for the parking lot/skidpad look for the smoothest possible asphalt with the smallest chunks of rock in them and have whoever paves it do a solid base so when y'all whip around your cars they don't dig into the new road surface. And help's keep smooth over time.
Input on the hood: would love to see some paint on the hood possibly to butt up against the fender up to the raise in the hood and wrap along the grill back to the scoop leaving the scoop in exposed carbon would leave enough carbon for it to still be on of a kind and the white would help blend it to the rest of the truck.
Epic video! The TRX looks amazing and the shop does as well. I think you’ll regret not having a full HVAC system installed, especially in the hot and humid summers. The big ass fans are great but I think you need both.

The shop is going to change your work definitely. You guys will need a good AC system, especially if you want to have a paint booth inside ( I advise you to build a seperate booth outside the garage to maximize the room in your shop). Next thing is a row with lifts to either work or store the cars. Just as Tavarish his garage. Tire change equipment very handy, as you guys change tyres quite often. Next up is a nice toolbox or a wall with tools to have everything organised, plus storage for old/new parts. Lastly an important one, it is good to have some chill time too, so a relax corner would be perfect, with maybe a simulator to have some kind of competition?
You guys did a good job for not being shed builders and it was a very big shed But that is what proper shed builders look like and how they work 👍👍 The trx is looking amazing My new favourite build 😍😍
Having guys capable of doing a building so well and so quickly is a fantastic contact to have for future buildings , n I’m sure you will have a few more in your future , keep up the good work n thanks for the uploads 😃
Keep the TRX hood full carbon fiber and get some gloss white wrap to match the paint and wrap the hood inserts so if you end up not liking it you can remove the wrap and be right back to where it is. But I think it would tie it together like it was meant to be. The new shop looks great!
You need to add a wood burner to the new Goonzquad garage. You have what looks like an endless supply of free fuel (wood) from the new headquarters so free heat in the winter? PS we call them wood burners in the UK - not sure what you call them in the US!
Definitely recommend concrete for the burnout pad/ parking lot, if you do too many burnouts on fresh asphalt it will tear up the new pavement. Concrete would hold up perfectly! Love the vids! Keep up the great work 🔥
i work on conrete, pavement will eat up tires and just make holes in the future i would recommend pouring concrete and just leaving a smooth finish with a few some control joints for cracks! its cheaper and will last way longer! love the channel
I work in a building just like that, and the owners wanted to put ceiling fans up as well thinking in the summertime it would be beneficial but it turned out in the summertime heat rises…. so you’re blowing down the heat. Good idea to help your heating cost however in the winter time.
It looks great to see the progress on the new shop. If you can, look into RING for your alarm system. If they make a commercial one, it will cost way less and do the same job. You guys are living the American dream!
That building crew really got after it. Can't wait for y'all to be working at the new spot. If you can get this much done in your dad's driveway just think what you can get done with 3-4 lifts and space to move around
Never seen a metal building no matter how well insulated that the owner didn’t wish that it had HVAC. I don’t think that the Goonies will be the exception.
We just have in floor heat in our shop. Obviously it’s too late for that for these guys. They could get a few heaters that hang from the ceiling or just some spiral up there
No matter what insulation you use, the building will eventually heat up (or cool down) to the outside temp. I'm in a fully insulated 24x25 garage in the north east part of the country and it would still get baking in the summer. I'm glad I have HVAC
In the back of the lot at the commercial property you guys could put a big carport right against and in front of the property fence so you can have covered storage outside to help reduce clutter in the new shop👍👍
You guys need to get a specialist to help you organize the inside with lifts and paint booth to maximize space and able to get cars in and out without have to move other cars or things out of your way every time
Paint the black inserts white on the TRX to give it a unique look from others. Amazing how fast the new Goonzquad shop is coming along with pros building it. MUST HAVE FOR THE GARAGE: paint booth, frame & tire machine, vehicle stacking systems to store cars & save space, 2X car lifts and solar panels on the roof to help with the electricity bills.
@shannon Reilly this is really hurting to me💔💔💔. There are a lot of bad people over there too. Please not everyone is bad here are bad some of us are still genuine hardworking people. So please don't judge
@shannon Reilly weather you believe it or not🤷🏾♂️ the comment was simply made to express my love to the boys because i have learnt a lot of lessons from them 😊😊
That’s the power of the Hispano hand , hard workers, late hours make the job right and on time , I won’t said especially Mexicans because they could be Salvadorans, Honduran, Guatemala, etc but for most of the timé don’t matter where they from they always gonna seen them as Mexicans , I’m Mexican but I don’t wanna put all the credit for Mexico but for all Hispanos in general that do the hard work 🍻 coming out bad ass shop so far.
Shop is looking great! Super excited for you boys. You should consider spraying the red iron white. We did this in our tool shop and it looks much brighter and cleaner. Totally would set you guys apart from the rest. Much respect for you boys.
I get the distinct feeling that when when you boys took a break from building the building and got back to building cars you realized your heart wasn’t into long long days and hours building a building and decided to get a crew in there to finish it up. Epic choice on your part. And you absolutely proved you could build the building if you really had to. But I bet a majority of your fans are so glad your back to what you do best. Resurrecting crashed unique vehicles!! Dang dudes!! Excellent choice again ! So looking forward to when you all move into your new site.
Look into the waste oil heaters. My buddy has one for his 40x60 pole barn with 20ft ceilings and it keeps it warm pretty good. Biggest issue is the noise of the air compressor going off but if you have a quiet or a big tank, you’ll be good. PLUS…you get rid off all the oil from your oil changes. WIN WIN.
So excited for the new garage. U blokes deserve it all. Paint booth and frame machine. Man I’m looking forward to some more exciting rebuilds. Maybe a road bike or a race car? 3 car lifts for all your cars as well. A jdm supra, evo or a gtr.

No matter what insulation you use, the building will eventually heat up (or cool down) to the outside temp. I'm in a fully insulated 24x25 garage in the north east part of the country and it would still get baking in the summer. I'm glad I have HVAC
Love the hat! Great work gentleman!
This is going to be epic for the builds in the future! Let’s go boys!!
Nice work guys. You should paint the hood down the same line as the A pillar then paint the surround of the grill that would look awesome.
Big love from me to you guys Billy, Simon, Pops, Moms and everyone of you.
Your biggest fan from Nigeria ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You Guys are Shining Stars menh
@shannon Reilly this is really hurting to me💔💔💔. There are a lot of bad people over there too. Please not everyone is bad here are bad some of us are still genuine hardworking people. So please don't judge
@shannon Reilly weather you believe it or not🤷🏾♂️ the comment was simply made to express my love to the boys because i have learnt a lot of lessons from them 😊😊
Your new garage will become so damn good, I want to see how will it look like with all of your project builds in there.
Greetings from Greece.
Mexi -Can !!!!!!
Yesss!! Let's goo boys!! This what we love to see! Progress! 🙏🏽🙌🏼🔥💪🏾 shout out to the crew behind
Shop is looking great! Super excited for you boys. You should consider spraying the red iron white. We did this in our tool shop and it looks much brighter and cleaner. Totally would set you guys apart from the rest. Much respect for you boys.
Awesome seeing the new garage going up get well Simon
Use mini split for HVAC in the warehouse!! Cheap option to keep cool in the summer months.
So excited to see the shop being finished up! Also love Billys Cowboy Hat!
That hat looks good on "Billy", I feel like he is going to sell me some pristine Texas acreage
i like the thought of painting the hood vents white, it would accent the rest of the front very well
Wow, unbelievable progress on that shop. Can't wait to see it all completed
Awesome guys. Glad your putting up your own garage to work in. Good job guys 💯👌👏👏👏
WIN WIN.
Yous are awesome! Haven’t seen two brothers more driven to get stuff done than you guys. Keep it up!
So excited for the new garage. U blokes deserve it all. Paint booth and frame machine. Man I’m looking forward to some more exciting rebuilds. Maybe a road bike or a race car? 3 car lifts for all your cars as well. A jdm supra, evo or a gtr.
Dang! That's one heck of a stone chip. Show everyone how easy it is to fix that before that run takes off. Be interesting for a lot to watch. Just grab a kit. Do your usual watch on a couple of youtube tutorials and have at it... =D
Beautiful truck, keep all the black accents. Great getting the crew to finish the steel frame.
For air conditioning use a Mini-Split !!! That's what I have and I have a lot more windows and it's still very cool in summer and warm in the winter
Hope you guy's restore your dad's truck I'd love to see that and maybe more semi truck projects later it'd be right up your alley.
So the professionals agree the boys did a good job on the start of the garage construction. So much for the trolls saying work stopped because it was illegal. Great stuff guys!
So great to see the new garage come to life! Those guys and that company need a big shout-out getting that done so quickly!
