Mary's Grinling Gibbons Tour

Mary and her husband, Stephen, recently returned from Britain having taken 12 woodcarvers and enthusiasts on a tour of public exhibitions celebrating the marvelously notable works of 17th century woodcarver, Grinling Gibbons for the 300th anniversary of the master carver's passing.

I need help Mary, I have your Pfeil set of tools but I added to my tools with 8 new Ashley Isles tools and the bevels are really high compared to Pfeil, how do I lower a bevel without ruining my tools?!
