I think the tactical decision would be to just mount machine guns on the pyramids because the zombies would have trouble climbing the steps.

I had 50 commandos kill 5million zombies once. Im convinced that group of commands could have probably taken the win solo.
When’s the army of the of darkness going to defend? I know it might be hard to set up but worth looking into. Maybe dark age themed witch’s and orks holding off knights

Your warhammer vs zombies video had the warhammer units lose the first time and utterly dominate the zombies when you doubled the units. Then nuked everything.
Plus there was only 10 or 20 marines in the first wave, land the ultramarines chapter of 1200 marines and watch the undeas rise just to be put down again
I have an idea for a video, 1,500 ultramarines, 300 scout marines (if they're available if not 300 imperial guardsmen) against the same odds you have here. The battle you spoke of with space marines had a maximum of fifty of them (after round 1 had between 10 & 20) give the ultramarines their chapter strength of brothers in arms and watch any mutant, alien, or heretic fall to the ground in a mess following heavy volleys of bolter fire!
ya they failed with most of their troops being weak spearman and almost none of their best units, not even fair to compare honestly. i would love to see them in full strength
Bought the game, set up op modern soldiers against 900K medieval times soldiers, underestimated the soldiers i made(500 hp, faster fire, max running speed)
Video was dope as a Star Wars fan. But dang those commando troops held it down!

You gotta experiment with the starcraft Zerg mods, they would work perfectly in this style of video. Warhammer, starcraft units, star wars units, all would be good matchups with them
Whoever modded those 212th has no chill. They're basic troopers, yet they seem almost godlike in strength

im not sure if you've done this yet, (i recommended it a few times like a year ago then stopped watching) 1 chunk Norris on hold position or whatever its called. In the middle of as many zombies as you can load into a map. the ultimate body pile.

Um Daley warhammer won there second match after being reinforced
Honestly if the clone troopers were positioned more properly they probably would have killed all of those zombies with minimal problems and with very minimal casualties due to the fact that their laser weapons quite literally when they shoot an object because they're particles of highly accelerated and energized and heated light they can destroy what you're shooting at on a molecular level to an extent, which is why it makes sense to me at least on the aspect of why they're doing so much damage to the unliving
But also because in the Star wars universe all weapons are laser weapons any weapon that is kinetic based is going to rip through the armor of all the laser reflective gear /vehicles
That's why on some of daily tactics playlists there is a series that I forget what it's called at the moment
I think it's Star wars versus earth
But long story short that's why the Abrams in those series were doing so much damage to all of the Star wars vehicles is because they're using a kinetic and solid ammunition such as, armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot or apfsds for shorter terms
And high explosive anti tank fin stabilized
Or heatfs
This round is typically slower than a sabot shell , and has enough high explosive Mass to do a mixed damage to infantry as well as personnel inside of armored vehicles.
How it does so is another long topic so I'll make it short , basically the round has a chemical composition that makes the round more explosive as well as having a shaped explosive charge (meaning that the device that explodes is built to aim the explosion in the direction you face it , in this case of tanks on the front of the tanks heatfs shell)
The round has a capability for the Abrams specifically of penetrating anything up to almost 580 mm of armour depending on the model of Abrams
And it's gun .
