Hi. Having had a somewhat similar experience in my lifetime, I am extending a thank you for educating others on how pain works. Having lived with CRPS myself, I know exactly where you are coming from. Our brains are so receptive of our life choices and by slowly trusting the process you can see Gods clarity. Until my pain, I had no idea how powerful our brains can be. The good thing is that we know that it is reversible in time. When you have pain to a level of severity that I had, you feel life crumbling down. Hopelessness is a feeling I never want to fell again. My friend Cassi told me about you and I'm glad she did. Thank you for shining a light in the darkness of pain. Until next time!

Yes, absolutely - the brain will use fatigue to help (but inaccurately) “protect” us from whatever we are perceiving as stressful. Fatigue gets us to shut down and not be present for life’s stressors.

Some people recover in a couple weeks or a couple months, so I wonder if I'm doing something wrong, but I feel I'm starting to understand better. Yes absolutely. Neural retraining programs help you to change the way your brain is automatically reacting to life, including the nervous systems reactions. I've found out I have Asperger's which comes with the hypomobility.this us why I have TMS in what you seen dies it take longer to recover with this condition IE less plastic brain
Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with Asperger’s combined with TMS. I do, however, believe that the Lord can help anybody turn down their fear.
@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing Asperger's is related to fybromyalgia CFS IBS OCD heds so the fear as always been high for myself but didn't no I've had Asperger's until this year even Einstein and Darwin had TMS both had Asperger's are you hypermobile with your pre fybromyalgia ultra perfectionist body
Hi Sarah, radical acceptance (or outcome independence) is super helpful in healing from chronic pain, but there are others many other tools that need to be used also. Responding to our pain with acceptance - "you can stay for a while, or I'm not scared of you" - can turn of the fear response in your brain which, in turn, will help reduce the danger alarm. Regarding massage, if you brain has learned that you have flare ups during massage, then your brain is perceiving something about it as "not quite safe". Anytime your brain perceives something as not perfectly safe, it will produce more pain as a warning." Your brain is hyper-sensitized to danger, and therefore is detecting harmless, innocuous sensations as dangerous. Through work, you can rebalance the danger alarm in the brain and normalize your pain signal. I hope that's helpful!
Yes thankyou Claire weekes talkes about muscle tension is the basis on acceptance the same as she describes.ive had so many symptoms over the years it picks one constant pain and the others here diffarant times I've when wake up heals hurt.
I didn’t have fatigue but I definitely had shortness of breath. Lots of people recover from mind body fatigue. Every brain delivers stress in a different way, since each person is different. Try to avoid trying to find someone with your exact same mind body symptoms- that will just stress yourself and body more. It’s like searching for a needle in a hay stack. Taking Howard schubiner, MD pain test on my website is a very good start to discovering if they are neuroplastic symptoms!
@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing the shortness of breath with chest tightness is the one that I fear most and stops me haha but watching ur videos learning how to be okay with it
I think you Had fibromyalgia, I think that’s what I’m healing from too, it has chest pain and shortness of breath and main symptoms ! I’ll heal just like you ! If you healed then I can too
HI Stylianos, Yes and No. Here is the deal, you never recover from ever feeling threatened or unsafe in life. So on occasion, when I run into scenarios that I resort to a fear response, then I will feel sensations. It is always an indicator that I have fallen into old patterns of fear or have discovered a new stressor that I haven't resolved yet. So, yes, over 90% of the time I have no symptoms. But on occasion i get symptoms that are probably 10% of the severity as I used to experience. I consider myself fully healed because you don't heal from the way our bodies communicate with us.
Why do you think this is? I am a science girl and I love neuroplasticity. It makes since to me but I guess I have a hard time with the idea of expecting the pain to alway come back sometimes- just not as bad. Why don’t those neurons eventually die off from not being used? How long have you been better? Do you think maybe one day, if enough time passes and you really aren’t using them, they will? It’s just when someone tells me they still experience the pain sometimes, that makes me think that there really is something more wrong with us and we are just distracting ourselves until it comes back and that make me lose hope. 🫤

Trying to apply it as I know it to be true.. but it hurts more after exercise so I'm.confused and miserable breast chronic
Yes, it hurts sometimes but keep reminding yourself you are safe.
Does acceptance method cure this.and why does massage flares me thanks
Did you have fatigue too
Chest tightness and pain is the one that scares me with the short breath, but doctors can’t find anything organic wrong lol
@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing the shortness of breath with chest tightness is the one that I fear most and stops me haha but watching ur videos learning how to be okay with it
I think you
Had fibromyalgia, I think that’s what I’m healing from too, it has chest pain and shortness of breath and main symptoms ! I’ll heal just like you ! If you healed then I can too
@@ezza1236 absolutely! You can heal too. Fibromyalgia is definitely reversible
God???
Yes, God.
Never mix religious beliefs with healing science.
Never tell people what they can, and cannot do.
Why?
Are u back to normal 100%? I mean are u healed 100%
12:45 that was so bad ass of you , respect 🫡
