I was living in an alcohol n cocaine addiction for 17 years. This nearly took my wife, my job, even my life. I was in n out of other programs such as AA, NA & CA for 4 years, but nothing worked. I reached out to Lee n joined Break Free 20 months ago. Thanks to Lee, Marcus, Rachel n the team I'm now drink n drug free. I don't have any cravings, I don't miss it. My life has improved in every aspect 10 fold.
Lee I've just had my first sober birthday (41) me mate. Had a bit of a bevy over Xmas but want that one to be my last mate. Im finished with it all! I've raved and "partied" for over half my life now and recently realised that there's more to life. You've inspired me and shown me that it is cool being clean. I don't need to get drunk and twisted every time there is a night out planned. It can be lonely cos all my mates are still bang at it but I'm sure I will meet new friends that are on the same journey. Thanks Lee and the leg it lads for this. It does get tempting to get on it but these podcasts remind me where I'm at. Nice one and good luck to anyone going through this. X
This video could use subtitles 😂 But joking aside, this is an extremely important video and I wish this technique could be learned by more struggling people. AVRT has saved me life.
Lee seems like a great fella had me laughing with some of the stories , boss podcast that . I do think Lee and his team deserves a lot more recognition for the great work they are doing with break free .
Only just come across the podcast fellers, absolute belter, great episode and fair play to Lee for being open and honest, this will be helpful to loads of people out there with similar issues, nice one lads
Great video and love his passion. Just would have liked to have heard him cite where AVRT comes from and give created to Jack Trimpey and "Rational Recovery: The New Cure for Substance Addiction"
I can listen to him all day it looks like he's sown it up now gone are the bad days brilliant pod this one of the best grown organically does anyone know were Tom is these days ? 👍👍
