Insulation of a flat roof with monolithic D180 and D600 foam concrete the equipment C.S.I.-5

C.S.I. - 5 is intended for production of foam materials by D100 density - D1000 in mobile and stationary conditions. Distinctive feature of our equipment is an opportunity to make filling of air gaps in walls with "Foamrock" heater through an opening of 16 mm., what was achievable only urea-formaldehyde foam earlier. Also the equipment allows to produce in lots mineral cellular plates for insulation with a density from 130 kg/m3, high quality and stability
Distinctive features of our equipment:
1. High mobility (the heaviest element of the equipment weighs 60 kg.);
2. Low electricity consumption and an opportunity to work from a network 220v;
3. Low labor costs (1 person can make up to 5 m3 of foam concrete an hour);
4. The system of pneumodynamic mixing in difference from a "porizator" allows to make mix directly at the place of filling. It gives the chance to refuse long hose that increases quality and stability of mix of foam concrete. And also excludes a possibility of defeat of service personnel electric current as works without power supply.
5. An opportunity to work at the low water cement relation and "dry" foam, what allows to reduce amount of cement and to increase strength of foam concrete
6. An opportunity to steadily make foam concrete of quality D 100.
7. A possibility of filling of mix in air gaps through openings with a diameter from 16 mm.
