Turbocharger Inspection and Step by Step Rebuild Guide!!

Hello,
This video is a rundown of how to inspect and rebuild your turbo. The Turbo featured in the video is an AGP/ Borg Warner s255-rs, but the process is similar for every turbo out there.
You'll just need to make sure you have the correct tools and rebuild kit, and if you follow these steps you'll be ready to go in no time!

My turbo has been going strong for nearly 300,000kms. I might rebuild it, it seems simple enough for someone who wrenches

If it isn’t smoking or doesn’t have a lot of shaft play, run it. They aren’t too bad to rebuild but if you don’t need to you don’t need to. 👍

There’s not much to them, they SHOULD last a long time regardless of who makes it, it’s just a gamble sometimes. Glad you had good luck with it, what are you running?
