Sir i applied for two posts simultaneously, i was selected in one post and joined the department, after one year of service now i am also selected on the other post as well, will my pay be protected? Since i was not in government service at the time of applying for both the posts, I have no NOC, please guide

Mere appointment bs 14 sa bs 17 mai hwi hai through proper channel and mere pervious service 1 saal 5 mnth ke thei and stge 1 then

on initial pay of BPS -17
Because appointment on through proper channel is treated as just like promotion so in this case 1 premature increment and next stage is allowed. When we fix it will fix on the initial pay.

Sir mn ne punjab mein ak govt department mein 7 years parmanent job ki phir through proper channel apply kia aur contract pe join kia 2nd department mein. Ab us mein bhi regular ho gia hon. For example one from any university in BPS-18 goes to BPS-17 in Sindh Government?
it depends on the rules of university if it adopted the federal/provincial government rules.

In a single advertisement, the person who have more senior in service will be the senior.

Finance department of Sindh government made objection on my case that I was a contract employee so I can't get pay protection.

@@PIPFAOnline respectfully I've provide them all the documents related to my Pakistan Navy job and All the documents of education department but the objection is that Pakistan Navy job is contract basis and they said Kay we never gave pay protection to contract employee.

NOC is meant for through proper channel. Otherwise you have to resign.
It depends on NOC issuing athority also.

Sir i am serving as constable in kpk police, currently my basic pay is 23k, gross salary is 51k and net salary is 48k. Recently i am recommended as Senior Auditor BS-16 through fpsc in Military Accountant General on 15.12.2022. I have taken Departmental Permission Certificate and submitted with FPSC. I will join through proper channel. How my pay will be fixed and would i get any benefits in increments and basic pay? Please Guide me Sir.

Sir i was working in BS-11 scale, after two year i was appointed in BS-07 sacle through proper channel, i submitted my NOC, relieving and lien of 2 years in current department. My department protected my pay and they sent pay protection office order to agpr but agpr are not verifying my pay protection entry in service book. Agpr waly kehty han ke Finance Division ki approval le ao. Sir please guide me.
Have they quote any rule ?
They said that according to 2014 Finance division rule pay protection can not be done in case of higer to lower.

Sir, I was working in Federal Government Department as UDC BPS-11, took NoC relieved from department and joined Sindh Government as Primary School Teacher BPS-14, Now I have been recommended for Junior Elementary School Teacher within same Sindh Government Department. is any chance that my previous service of both job will be counted or not?

I was appointed as inspector BPS-16 in the department of FBR through proper channel from education department as lecturer BPS-17. But my pay was fixed at the initial stage of pay of BPS-16. It was said that on appointment from higher to lower scale, pay will be fixed on the initial of lower scale. Is it true?

اگر کوئ مستقل سرکاری ملازم یکم جون کے بعد ایک ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے دوسرے ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں ملازمت اختیار کرتا ہے Through proper channel تو کیا اس کو دسمبر میں انکریمنٹ ملے گی یا نہیں کیونکہ اس کی ملازمت نئے ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں 6 ماہ سے کم ہے مگر مجموعی سرکاری ملازمت 6 ماہ سے زیادہ ہے ۔ دوسرا یہ کہ اگر وہ موجودہ پوسٹ سے بڑے پوسٹ پر تعینات ہوتا ہے مثلا ایک ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں کلرک گریڈ 11 میں ہے اور اب دوسرے ڈہپارٹمنٹ میں بطور کمپیوٹر اپریٹر گریڈ 16 میں تعینات ہوتا ہے تو کیا اس کی ریفیکسیشن اف پے اور پری میچور انکریمنٹ بنے گی یا نہیں جس طرح نارمل پروموشن کیس میں ہوتا ہے ؟

NOC is required before applying to new post even in the same department.
