    At this point, everyone should know that a storm is coming. Do yourself a favor and be prepared to buy more; for those who know where to look tho. Only fools sell during a crash. I accumulated over $1.8m in profits alone during the last crash and even pulled it off with ease in a bad economy.

      Many people are indeed making six-figure profits during any crash, but the majority of those who effectively employ these tactics have extensive market understanding.

      @@AllsopsBrowns Certainly, I've been consulting with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since the outbreak. Beginning with an initial fund of $80k, my advisor makes decisions on when to enter and exit positions in my portfolio, which has now expanded to around $350k.

      @@AuerbachsPettises I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?

      @@RobisonsWades There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Ruth Ann Kalage” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

    Mr. Leventhal works around the edges of the food industry. Good. CBS Mornings needs to go to the heart of food, if it already has not done so. Rich Melman of Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago has been in the business for 60 years and has created an empire. Attention should be paid to him.

      umm. no one really knows about Rich Melman or what he does. you may care locally, much to the rest of the world, no one really knows who he is. Resy on the other hand, globally recognized platform. aint no one going to click to watch a video about Rich. Just be being honest.

      @@cheesejadeitekiwifox Just being honest: Melman is internationally known, having started over 150 restaurants in Chicago and elsewhere over a 60 year career. The restaurants gross over 600 million per year (!!) in Chicago and other cities. Every person in the restaurant business knows him and his reputation. I don't live in Chicago, but he is a phenomenon known in the business.

    "opening up a new connection between restaurants and their diners" bruh he just removed the host and replaced them with a QR code 😂

    It just seems a bizarre concept to me that having to increasingly interact with your smartphone at a restaurant is somehow seen as better customer service. A huge part of the appeal of going to a nice restaurant is interacting with an unfailingly professional, accommodating, and attentive human staff.

    So he's part of why restaurants feel empty and soulless and look like credit unions?

    He’s first two ventures were amazing! Eater made food poetic. His second addressed the pain points of reservation and added cancellations fee to those that suck. But this last venture is kinda lame and doesn’t address anything.

    The splitting the check feature alone makes Blackbird a billion dollar idea in Europe alone. But easily replicable.

    • @cheesejadeitekiwifox
      @cheesejadeitekiwifox 4 місяці тому

      Blackbird is NOT the first to try tackle this problem. It def is not the first "tap to check in". But might be the most high profile given the founder.
