Coastal Foraging in Wales | With Craig Evans

I recently joined fellow UA-camr Craig Evans on his Extreme Low Tide Coastal Foraging experience in West Wales to combine my passion for food and exploration.
Craig finds ingredients along the sea shore and cooks up a feast right there and then and his Foraging Experiences attract people from all over the world. His aim? Simple! To prove there are rich culinary pickings on the beach, from mussels to plants and crabs.

Nice video Jay , I enjoyed taking you all out foraging , I hoped to show you some some deeper water sea life , however, as is nature, the onshore wind prevented the tide from going out as far as expected. There is always another day. I hope you come along with Llew and myself for further adventures in West Wales.
