It looked like something would have happened if not for the interruption. ugh makes me sick.

WhT old Chinese drama cast so old men with young women fighting over them. This guys is old enough to be their grandfather and he is not even handsome . Chinese writers or casting directors were probably old like the ML and fantasizing young women to be head over heels on old guys.
Those old men aren't as old as you think. My brother-in-law, who is Chinese, once told me that they look young for a while but then they age terribly. Their looks go quickly. So some of those old men are only about 40 or 50. Which is not old. The women would be around 30 so.....
