Hey Roxann 👋🏻 Congratulations, what a lovely Measeled Cowrie! A very successful beach walk, and those bubble shells are lovely as well; what a large size they grow to! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻
Hello Maddie! Yes cowries are so exciting to find. I have only ever found a handful so each is so special ❤ LOVE watching you pick up so many! You are a blessing for me to watch 🐚
Going out shelling is very relaxing. I went out today to Pass-A-Grille beach and found some lightning whelks, shark eye, scallops and other shells. I just started to learn the name of them. Thanks for sharing!
Oh nice! Glad you had a nice time. Yes, it sure is relaxing ❤ Thank you for sharing your finds! There are great shelling books out there-I have a couple older ones too that I like to refer to also 👍🏼 Take care!
Thank you! Sure the name is at time stamp 16:43...I go to that one or one of the ones around it. There are lots of beach pull-off parks (not sure of all the names) all along that stretch of green you see on a map looking at the N. Hutchinson Island. Happy Shelling and thx so much for watching.
Congratulations on your whole, beautiful Cowrie shell! I love your videos. I guess I'm kind of weird, but I really love cockles and scallops. Maybe because they are plentiful lol.
Thank you so much-glad you are enjoying them! You are not weird at all! Lots of shells to enjoy…I have my moments across all kinds as a “favorite.” I love all the yellows from this trip!
Hi Roxann, Jan from land-locked Austria here. I really enjoy your videos. I particularly like that you share your shelling locations and that you identify your finds. I just noticed that you also watch Maddy's Sand and Coffee Rocks videos. You both do such a great job of motivating your viewers to get out and enjoy the beach! I'm visiting west Florida right now (found a junonia two days ago 🎉) and will head to the east coast in a few days. Based on your videos, I have a list of beaches I want to visit (actually, more beaches than time allows). Thanks so much for your efforts to share the wonders of nature!
Hello Jan! Oh what a blessing you are able to travel here from Austria! I hope you have a fantastic time here in Florida. OH MY GOODNESS you found a Junonia! Woooohooooo you found shelling GOLD! I hope you have a great time here and get to Palm Beach county if you can and find yourself some paws and really cool shells! Happy and safe travels! Yes, I LOVE watching @SandCoffeeRocks Maddie she was one of the 1st channels I started to watch; she has such a passion and I personally think she is hilarious to watch. Love all that she finds and her knowledge/learning. Blessings!
Great finds. I lived on Hutchinson island several ywars ago. I never knew there were those kinds of shells there back then. I need to check ot out now! What tine of year was this filmed? That might make a difference. Usually more shells to be found in winter months.
Thank you. Late May. I have found the “better” shelling there yes, in the winter months (Nov-Feb) but after storms and very windy days I find it can be just as good 👍🏼
Beautiful treasures! Thanks for taking me with you 🐚🪸

Great video, exciting cowrie find! Wow, really want to see Hutchinson Is. in person ❤😊
Totally check it out if you can - like most east coast beaches it's a hit and miss but I go often enough to get a few "hits." Thank you for watching!

I’ve found deer cowries in Boynton
Sweet 👍🏼🐚 That’s south of Palm Beach and I have found them there and south of you at Phipps Park in a dredge pile ❤️ They are pretty neat shells 😍
I grew up on a ranch riding horses. That would be a dream to ride on the beach. But I would be that one person looking for sea shells. 😅
Oh I know! I could see myself riding by and see a cowrie and jump of the horse and get in trouble LOL!
