Let me explain you those:
Quarks: Up, down, charm, strange, top and bottom
Leptons: Electron, Electron neutrino, muon, muon neutrino, tau, tau neutrino
Gauge boson: gluon, photon, Z boson, W boson
Scalar boson: Higgs
