Oh I absolutely LOVE your chocolate taste tests!!!😍😍😍They're one of my fav videos from you🥰👌So excited for this one!🙌☺️
And OF COURSE!! I'd love a Marabou test!😁💛💛
Thank you!! 😍😁❤️ We’ll definitely do a Marabou test then! 😁👍
Liked before watching as per usual! ❤️ your content so so so much. I'm glad that you said Freia is similar to Marabou cuz when I was in Stockholm, I tried to find Freia but couldn't 🥲 I bought a lot of Marabou tho 😍😍
Aww thank you!! 😄❤️ That is so awesome to hear! 😁 Yeah, I haven’t compared them side to side, but I think they are basically the same 😄👍
Great review! I love learning about sweets and desserts from other countries 😋❤ Too bad we couldn't see any of the chocolates laid out the way you usually film, it's fun to follow along.
Thank you! I’m glad you liked it! 😁❤️ Yeah, sorry 😅 It’s very difficult trying to fit everything in frame, especially with the lense I am using.
I think I've seen some of these in a shop before. The packeging definitely looks familiar, so I must keep an eye out because they look great.
Daim's have always been available in Ireland and I adore them. I think you can even get some Cadbury's products with Daim pieces and they're really good too.
Yeah, when you mention it I do think I’ve seen Cadbury/Daim before myself! 🤔 I’ll keep a look out for that! 😁
Milka is also Mondelez, just like Freia and marabou! And you should test Nidar cuz they are in reality the best;) like smash from Nidar. Yum!
I think almost all chocolate and candy are Mondelez at this point 😂 But I think Freia and Marabou are suppose to be almost identical.
🤔 We will definitely do a Nidar test as well at some point! 😁👍 They have so much good chocolate! 😋
I love freia
Please try Schogetten chocolate 🤤🤤
Never heard of that! 😄 I’ll look for it!
You talked so often about Freia, I really doubt you were able to rate unbiased. :D
It was the same for me with getting older and beginning to enjoy raisins in chocolate, I wonder why this happens
Is the t-shirt choice by accident or on purpose? ;)
Haha yeah 🙈 I wonder too! Maybe it’s just because we are more open to different textures and flavors as adults 😅
Haha! That was actually not planned 😂 I saw that we both was wearing Levis when I was editing haha.
Marabou = Freia = Marabou = Freia...
Why different brand names?
Freia started the chocolate business a few years before 1900. Then in 1913 they started their business in Sweden they couldn't use "Freia" because it was already in use. So they used "Marabou" because Freia got a Marabou stork in their logo.
Since a few years before 2000 Freia-Marabou is owned by international food companies. Now it's Mondelez.
The big question is how many more years they will have different brand names for Norway and Sweden...
The chocolate itself is actually not the same. 😄 The Marabou chocolate is more caramelized, so it tastes a bit sweeter. I’ve heard they decided to do that for Marabou because that type of chocolate is more popular further south in Europe.
Personally I like Freia more, but it’s also what I’m raised with 😄
I've read that the swedish version is a little bit different because of which temp they heat the combo cocoa and sugar to. But I don't know if that's the difference for all products. Freia and Marabou got so many equal products like Japp for example.
I wish swedes can buy Freia's products and norwegians can buy Marabou's products without visit the other country.
@cjeelde I know! Both brands should have been available in both countries!
