The main meditation in Buddhism is “vipassana” meant to be always alert to your own mind how the thoughts are coming and disrepair to understand and control them to keepr your mindfulness to make you balance and happy in all situations in the day to day life.
Thank you so much for this teaching. I have touched on Buddhism a few times in my life, but never explored it any further. I saw a beautiful picture of Buddha today and was immediately drawn to it and then your video popped up. Now, at this point in my life the words and teachings resonate with me, thank you, I am truly grateful.
Daily reminder: You're not useless. You're not a dissapointment. You're not dumb. You're not different. You're not compared to anyone. Because... You're loved. You're strong. You're smart. You're beautiful inside and out. You're the best version of YOU there ever is. and you're human.
Bullshit. You're completely missing the point of the Dharma. You're delusional and attached to feeling good about yourself. You ARE sometimes useless. You ARE sometimes a disappointment. Sometimes others hate you, even revile. These all cause suffering, but if you look closely you will realize that these are all TEMPORARY. Ajahn Brahm said you must be like the lotus. You can try to pee on a lotus flower, the urine will bead up and just roll off. But try the same thing with expensive perfume, and it too will bead up and roll right off.
Buddha teachings do not mention, about not thinking too much. It's not possible for anyone to stop thinking too much. It is the same with a Buddha. You may think too much about anything, but never fall prey to its contents, which might build up a binding with it. This binding is the evil that results in the continuity of existence, birth after birth, called *Samsara*
great video ❤
Glad you liked it!!
Beautiful 💓🙏💓

Like all philosophies/religions, we are able to achieve some sort of truth and/or clarity by following these doctrines. That's all ya'll.
Buddhism primarily teaches people to be wise, compassionate and virtuous. And there are many examples of Buddhists living as so.
Back ground music got to go or lower the volume….. great words of wisdom & knowledge

Oh, the oppression of the piano and its repetitive drilling. That is suffering.
