Are there places to bike inside Spanish Trails?

Great video. I live in the villas sub division you drove through; they are single family houses not town houses, we don’t share any walls. There are also 3 guard gates in Spanish trail, East, west and hacienda.

Are only certain parts of Spanish trail that allow you to knock down the house for a rebuild?

No that’s not the case. It’s ultimately getting the requirements and contractors that are licensed & bonded to submit the proper documents for the property
