    Thank you for your share. I also have an AIAA, however, manually entering products one by one seems like a workaround. A programmer would make this dynamic at the very least. We still have room to offer chatbots that are useful for the customer. Good luck!

      I directly connect the chatbot to the product database and perform pre- and post-processing with AI. It works somewhat well. I'll continue down this path.@@ManiKanasani

    Can you do a video on how to transfer the chatbot to a live agent? E.g., if the customers question is not answer, the chatbot transfer to a live agent to assist instead

    Hello Mani, I hope you are doing great. I just finished watching both videos, this one and the advanced version. I'm still interested in working with this model and the Google Sheets integration. But I'm not certain if I leave the Orders & Purchases sections out, since it's not connected to Airtable or Zendesk? Could you please advise or confirm if I'm correct, or totally wrong?     the text splitter in flowise should digest the text from pdf just fine. why are you worried about pdf filesize??

      Flowise does but Voiceflow has a 10MB limit on PDf files. 😊

    Hello Mani, thanks a lot for all the knowledge... I downloaded the Voiceflow template above, but the customer service section is only visible on the returns & exchanges flow, and is not connected to anything. I can't see the flow you are showing on minute 16:30, is there a reason why? How can I get that section?

      Just checked the docs. We're building this bot with a webchat channel setting, so an app is not possible. We can do the same bot on WhatsApp though.

    What if they are using SQL or MongoDB database instead of Airtable? How do i fetch the information from there with proper authentication??

      I’ll need to look at docs but you need to do a GET request.
      If it’s a shopify store there are now automations available to fetch data and save it in an airtable

    Notice there is a 1 million tokens per month only on the pro plan. And it can take up to 1500 tokens to train on a custom knowledge base and 150-300 tokens for a response AI step (without memory). Considering all of this how do you keep costs down when making multiple bots to be deployed? Does the client assume monthly costs too?

      You can buy 1M additional tokens for $5.
      If client is on monthly retainer then I will take care of these LLM fees.

    Do you go to A.I, then SET A.I, then leave the knowledge base or tick Model A.I ? and then ?
    I can't understand this part and I'd like my chatbot to take customer sentiment into account.

    In the knowledge base interface I have uploaded all relevant urls to the store so the knowledge base is using live information. But when I ask a simple question like "please give me a list with 5 product the store is selling" it can not tell me. anyone know where the error or how to fix it?

      @@ManiKanasani I should have fixed it now. It’s was because of the domain. It has a int. before every link for international (different Shopify stores) so if you remove it it should work. But thanks for your quick response.

      We can continue to use the templates, but it's important to customize the knowledge bases, API keys, and prompts for each individual business. Also, it's important to note that each business has unique needs.

      There are 4 flows. Use what applies to you and delete what doesn't. You need to change info in knowledge base

    Hi there Mani. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. My big concern with offering bots for bigger platforms is that there are already cheap SaaS alternatives for Shopify users that work pretty well. Why would they hire a customized solution if they can just install a plugin with native shopify API support ? I see this as a major problem for chatbot developers. The real value you can provide has to be something customizable and unique for each client to make the agency model profitable.
