Soooo... the first card you looked at for the cargo haul had the number of the train car(s) on it. Why didn't you go out, find the train cars you needed, do all your hookups first and then get your final cards for the haul?

Yeah, that can be done. But he had enough time (11 min left at the end), so especially in the beginning it ist not really necessary to do that.
