I love that in a world where Bandit's Talent has been all over the place, and now Caretaker's Talent is getting a lot of attention, Mogwai busts out two absolute killer decks using Builder's Talent and now Scavenger's Talent. This is exactly what makes this channel the clear best in a very crowded space.
and the Builder's Talent deck is legitimately nuts! I got a 1/1 fish gifted to me and made it a 22/22 in one turn to one shot the opponent right after lol. It's SO satisfying to play. All the triggers are pure dopamine lol
Yes PLEASE showcase your decks more than once after you brewed and put so much effort into them. Its like a cook who invented a super delicious new dish, we want to eat it again and again and again. Man, I was demoralized with standard. I played your ratgari deck to death. It was my favorite "go to" golgari deck. Then rotation and the discard/life gain plague happened. This deck absolutely put a smile on my face. I created so many food tokens in my first game I started giggling. I didn't even get the vein ripper. Just reanimated 5 spiders and demoed their board. Thank you for doing what you do. I needed this deck.

Pitiless Carnage is an obscenely good card for Scavenger's Talent. I would strongly consider this card. It is capable of winning on the spot with either ST or Vein Ripper. I've been chaining Vinelasher/Lumra/Mudflat Village. I enjoyed watching your video and seeing Vein Ripper in action

With nonedited videos, you can: - save time not editing them - background music stays consistent - longer videos Of course, since I'm not on UA-cam, I don't know how the algo works, but it's just an opinion. I really liked your streams. If you take a look at DumbDog, he also streams on twitch and just uploads among us vods from it and gets decent views on those videos, and they are uncut.
I started playing a month ago and just hit mythic on Thursday. Have been experimenting with squirrels with viper since then love to see i am not the only one, but I run more of a midrangey squirrel deck that ends in viper but I just have a 52% winrate with it
Not only you can miss a day, but also you can make two or more days with a row with a deck if you didn't find satisfying matchups in the first session. I say that because it seems like deck building takes way more time than just recording matches. We'll be happy to see some decks against something else than black discard so if you stress too much over not uploading, there is that too. But don't worry about a missed day
Have you considered streaming your optimization process? I’m really curious about your thoughts on what to include/ what to drop when making a deck. Also that way you even if a deck takes a long time to make you at least get extra content for streaming

I feel like the deck could do with Tarrian's Journal to have a draw engine. I really like using it with scavenger talent (to get food on both my turn and opponent turn then I can sac the food to keep drawing with the journal) braids arisen nightmare also is pretty fun but works less since it's more fragile (creature) and needs you opponent not to sacrifice (which a lot of deck in the meta right now will). I am actually trying a version of the boros control deck using black and braids and journal (and I am thinking of adding scav talent to it) to maximize the forge (and skiter which is another card that will pop uss tokens all the time) to try to have stuff enter and die ALL THE TIME. (because boros control is HYPER reliant in the caretaker talent to get their draw going, so I thought having the journal would be a good alternative and then things snowballed out of control and it became a different deck xD). Your opponent probably scooped because lack of talent. If that deck doesnt draw the talent it doesnt do much (and if it draws it, it goes nuts)

Would rather wait an extra day for the most creative and interesting decks to watch be played then the average MTG creator all playing the same thing everyday.
Just a thought, what if you recorded yourself testing out the deck and posting long ass videos as you make adjustments to them? This way, we can see just how much work you put into making these decks, and if you put a decent amount of ads in the video, I bet you'd make a nice chunk o change. Plus, you shouldn't have to edit it too much. Some UA-camrs have been using long videos to their advantage, especially if people fall asleep while watching them. That's not to say you are boring, I just mean its likely your audience may watch your videos before bed and leave it running overnight. Anyways... something to consider.

Sometimes I start making a deck around a cool card. Then during testing, the cool card the entire deck revolves around gets cut. Magic is strange.
