I had already just ordered the kit when I seen this video, but you inspired me to go ahead and purchase the STRC parts and body mounts from Integy. One of the only problems with picking this kid is the unavailability of parts from local hobby stores at the moment. You would be doing a lot of people who are borderline on this kit a huge favor if you could go and do a video with any breakages or problems that you have had, that you could see potential for for, or just any known issues with the kit... you can get most of the parts online but for those who are cast limited to be able to pick up any problem parts and have them on hand would be a massive benefit... I'm tuned in for future updates, my kit gets here today I can't wait!
MG stands for metal geared not milligram on servos. That did make me chuckle I cant lie 😆 Just picked up this truck myself as no its pretty cheap where I am.
DS 1510 "Miligram" HAHAHAAHAA!!!!! The MG Stands for "metal gear" sorry for laughing, but I couldnt help it. I used to have OFNA products, they are great, but sadly parts support isnt....I had an ultra LX2, 2 of them! Electric and Nitro, I adored them, they were my best cars. But when OFNA went under I lost all part support for them, Hobao does reproduce some parts for them, but most of all the stuff that broke for me on the buggies was permanently discontinued.. So I wont buy products from them anymore. But they do make solid products, just stock up on replacement parts, you might regret it down the road if you dont. Anyway, enjoy your new "Oh Fuck Not Again" (ofna joke) Hyper 10! would love to see some running footage.
Still running mine. Packed with a 4s system. It takes quite the beating but I have managed to break it. Still, only a few bucks and a little wrenching it’s back in action.
Hi Keith, I realize that this is an old video and that you no longer have this ride but I'm looking for some help. I'm pulling my hair out trying to find that receiver box! I've tried several others but they just don't fit in that space in front of the battery tray the way yours did...any chance you could link me through to that Fusion Rx box? google has failed me...:(

Wonder how parts support is on HoBao products. HPI is making me a bit nervous lately. Nice pickup. Seriously I have som Ofna wheels and the quality is great.
Bulletproof RC This is going to sound weird but I've stuck with TLR because I feel it is more American based. Like the fit and finish of their stuff but not that crazy about parts support. Seriously IM not as hard core as you as I have not been out to the track this year but doing more upgrades and fixes at the moment. The steering is questionable but going to try your Hot Racing suggestion hopefully this fall sometime. It is already on the truck but want to put new tie rods and balls and see where the steering is at.
Joe DeJohn Oh yeah TLR makes great stuff! It's noticeably higher quality than Hobao. The Hobao is just a cheaper option and can be tuned to be competitive against the more expensive rigs! I still choose Losi over Hobao my friend.

Tower Hobbies is selling Hobao. And Hobao has a US distribution center in VA! You have to order parts but they ship fast!
