Another great tutorial Neil. Nothing new for me in this one as we use the iprops at work and populate the drawing title blocks from them as well.
i watched it all the way through and enjoyed it. I think your style and delivery of these tutorials is fantastic and a great help to us all.

Great tutorial as always. For those who needs to make sure the Part Number matches the file name, use a simple iLogic to update your iProperty when you open the part or assembly.

He shoots, he scores, yet again. Many thanks as always.
Another very powerful use for iProperties is in leaders so you can consistently label many things on a drawing without having to type in the information over and over again. I appreciate that it does the same with balloons referencing a parts list but on a massive assembly you don't necessarily want the parts list and when using Inventor for Architectural type drawings (yes some of us do - madness I know) Interior designers seem to like little labels.
Here's a thing, could you do a video on Custom leaders - How to configure them and store them as defaults/standards. Many thanks.

Yes all my CAD tutorials are now unlisted. They're accessible through a public playlist which acts as an index but I've moved away from that kind of content now

It would be useful to show how to include parameters in the iProperties fields to help generate descriptions, part numbers, etc... Great video none the less.

Authority - refers to Design Authority - the person ultimate engineer responsible for the entire project. Unlike the 'Engineer' property which refers to the guy who designed the wheel, the 'Authority' is the architect and chief engineer of the entire BMW car of which the wheel is a part of.

Is there a way to display specific iProperties or custom properties from a 1 or plus models in an assembly that has been shrink wrap? Is it even possible? To create cell of sort that can autofill from said parts in a assembly?
Thank you a lot for all your content. Ungodly useful, and you just don't know it.
