so this is for like playing music primarily on your phone, but what if i want to transmit wirelessly form my mixer to the speakers? is there ay other option?
I have a pair of JBL PA systems, there's currently a long XLR cable connecting one speaker (L) to the other (R). If I want to play music through this system, can I purchase 1 of these Bluetooth receivers and connect it to the back of my PA system to bring out audio? Or will I require 2?
@@Chris-yy7qc Okay if they are receivers ONLY...Alto should consider offering transmitters so we can have wireless speaker mains. Eliminate cables running from the Mixer to the speakers. This is my need. I don't need to pump an iPhone to my speakers. I just love the idea of wireless speaker mains. How great it would be to not have to run lines to my speaker mains from my digital mixer.
Hey thanks for the video. So i have a question when using the ultimate with the mixer and have it connected to stereo mode with the xlr cable to another channel, how do you set up your channels? One channel panned to the left and the other panned to the right? Raise volume on both channels when playing music? Thanks

You did not demonstrate playing from mixer to the Bluetooth device. Can you get audio playing into one like a transmitter and the other as a receiver? Can it play through a wall etc
Can I use these bluetooth adapters to connect wireless mics to a mixer -- one for a headset and another for a handheld? If I plug only one adapter into a speaker, will the sound be stereo or only mono?
Great informational videos thank you for that Can you plug the Alto in through a volume pedal ? In case I wanted to quickly cut the volume off or adjust without having to touch the mixer Board settings ? Also …would you recommend any mixer boards with Bluetooth built in over these Alto Bluetooth plugs ins? Thanks so much in advance for any advice . If you plug in a microphone to your mixing board after plugging in the ultimate, is there a delay when you're talking? I hooked a separate Bluetooth device to my soundboard and had a problem with having a delay when I was talking in the microphone.
Hi, thank you for this! I’d like to use a Bluetooth device to connect my phone to my mixer for a podcast. 1. Will the stereo version increase the sound quality of a cell phone? 2. Will I have trouble with latency (delay) in my headphones? Thank you!
I have the original version, and I cannot rely on the connectivity to my device via bluetooth outdoors. Even just a few inches away, I would get drops. I was connecting to I phone 12 and I tried to use them for an outdoor movie night connecting to a projector, Anker Nebula. Do the newer models have bette,r more solid bluetooth connectivity?

@expertisland Can you connect the new bluetooth total and the ultimate and have one playing music from one speaker to another speaker but my audiosource is my dj controller which is connected to my mixer?
So two speakers and a mixer if I wanted to stay wireless to my speakers I should buy 2 totals and 1 ultimate for my mixer then I can get true stereo sound

Hello there. Thank you very much for this review. I have a question. I bought alto total first generation. When it arrived i made a compare with other very budget old bluetooth reciever and with 3.5mm cable. I used same gear and audio source . Ive put them in first three canals on alesis mixer to fbt cs1000. I found that budget reciver and cable option work same but alto was cutting low end very much. To HF were same on all options but alto didnt even wake up sub. I saw db option on alto but didnt change situation. What is your opinion since you tested total 2 and ultimate. Do you think they got some sound improvment. Do you think that maybe i got bad device. Thank you for your time.
My biggest question I am still not sure I got the answer, and maybe it was there, but on the total 2 when two of them are linked do they pair as one to say an iphone?
Nice informational videos but every review featuring wireless should also be conducted with a microphone to ascertain if the item's latency renders is as workable or not for live situations.
I have 3 ultimate unites. I want to wirelessly connect 2 speakers and a mixer for the output signal only. The mixer is Bluetooth capable and is connected to the playback device. So basically I want to get rid of the wire from the mixer to one speaker and the wire between the 2 speakers. Alas, I can’t accomplish that for some reason.
This doesn't seem to be able to connected to a microphone . Windows 11.00 connects this as an end point speaker where is the non endpoint driver on the Alto Professional Bluetooth Ultimate or is this just a line driver and non microphone line . I am told Microsoft as usual could not help

I managed to connect to it through a cheap $15 transmitter but it does drop and no sound comes out of them??? So the Bluetooth used in the Alto isn’t compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and APBX So I am ordering another more expensive transmitter to see if that works!
