I feel this version so much more, as it is a loving tribute to his father. later in the set he says his dad is present and he loves him. i can imagine what sort of humility and love he felt hearing that and this stunning version of the track (also fun callback to when he used to do karaoke in his liveshows, and did Johnny come home by the fine young cannibals)
I would have liked moving pictures of swishing violinists, hoboists and whatnotists! Beggars can't be choosers so the swishing will perforce remain imaginary.
This song is incredible. Played it multiple times

Haven't heard this in years! So beautiful.
Buck 65 is the man. Too bad he's so ignored.

love this song. I identify with the lyrics as I can really feel the love for your father you have in them. bravo 👏
TIME FOR A COMEBACK.
buck is definitely one of the few artists who prove there is still a such thing as good hip-hop
