取捨選択が大切（It is important to choose wisely）

本日の即興演奏です。
この世界のすべてを受け入れるのは本当に困難だと思います。
一度受け止めると、それらは自分のことになるからです。
まったく自分のものではなかった誰かの考えや気持ちがこころに入ってきた瞬間に他人のものではなく自分のものになってしまいます。
そのひとつひとつ消化するのにたくさんの時間やエネルギーを使いますので、いつか疲れ果てます。とくに悪い気持ちは辛くなりますね。
きっと取捨選択が大切なのでしょう。こころに器があり、そこに入る分を選ぶ必要があります。
自分に良い効果がありそうなことを積極的に受け入れて、無関係であったり、悪い影響がありそうな言葉や情報はあえて受け入れないという選択があっても良いのかもしれません。
穏やかで健やかな日々のなか、本当に大切なことがこころの器に入っていきますように。

Today's improvisational performance.
I think it's really difficult to accept everything in this world.
Because once you accept them, they become yours.
The moment someone else's thoughts and feelings that were not yours enter your mind, they no longer belong to someone else but become yours.
It takes a lot of time and energy to digest each one, so you'll eventually become exhausted. Bad feelings are especially painful.
I'm sure selection is important. There is a container in your heart, and you need to choose what goes into it.
It may be a good idea to actively accept things that are likely to have a positive effect on you, and not to accept words or information that are irrelevant or likely to have a negative effect.
May the things that are truly important enter the vessel of your heart in your peaceful and healthy days.
