I saw someone say that her veil is split between land and sea, with the dividing line(shore) being BLACK metal. Regardless of intent, thats my hc now.

Yooo that would genuinely make sense though :00 now i love her veil even more. If were already talking land and sea, her hair kind of looks like a jellyfish in it lololol
It's worth noting that there is no Tacet Mark on Shorekeeper. The glowing fissure going down her chest is literally window showing pure Remnant Energy that Shorekeeper is made of. Through this, we we quite literally see the inside of Shorekeeper. She is, after all, technically an artificial spawn made by a rather sentient AI and Rover's Previous Life.
Her hair is actually SO PRETTY under the veil, maybe modeled for when a new skin releases?
I personally feel like she is perfect the way she is from a character designer's prespective, adding jewellery and/or straps would not suit her ethereal character
Yeah, jewelry is a sign of material narcissistic desire which she doesn't even need.
I just think her legs are a bit empty but fair.
she didn't remove the veil because she is ready for marriage with Rover anytime Rover shows up in the black shores

I absolutely love her heels, you can tell the artists had a lot of fashion references, I don't think I've seen that type of heel in a game before. I also love staring at the mesh on the ruffles of her top, it looks like actual cloth with the transparency and texture!
Right? Regardless of functionality for actual people (id break my ankle kek) , shorekeepers shoes are so pretty! I love the gradient and the way it looks in game. I couldnt do the top justice in the dissection since a lot of her freatures are in game vfx but the ruffly flowy part on her top is more transparent and glittery in game which is so pretty 🥺

Finally a gacha game with a butterfly themed character! Hu Tao and Seele don't count I mean full butterfly. (Btw I'm not hating on the characters or the games either I just love butterflies.) Love the model dissection videos very interesting and I can't wait for more!

Quite a lot of gachas have butterfly themed characters. Yof has one im pretty sure.

Spoilers for the story:
Mild spoilers since most could guess it, but the reason Shorekeeper likely wears one of the flowers, is cause they seem to symbolize the Rover. As near the end of the current story, when the two are *properly* reunited, they symbolize it by having Shorekeeper's butterfly land on a Blake Bloom. The reason the member of the Black Shores use it as a symbol is likely just due to Rover being the one whom started the orginization.
Shorekeeper has a belly button.

I also dont mind that she doesn't have too many accessories, cause if she's falling apart and getting destroyed in battle, she'd end up losing them.

If i remember correctly in the game didnt it say her body is made up of sonoros (frequencies as described in game). But it also states she is made of energy crystals. So the best that I can try to understand is her body is composed of crystal and she manipulates the energy into sonoros to create her outside appearance.
What is interesting is throughout the story in wuwa we are finding out that Rover (we the player) has created most if not everything in this world. We created all the major cities and created the sentinals that guard the cities, we created the black shores and we created Shorekeeper. We have also learned that Rover is millions of years old. So basically Rover is god in this world. The question we are now trying to answer in game is why did we wipe our own memories? The only conclusion i could come to is we wanted to learn what it was like to live as part of our own creation. And the only way to do that is to start a new with no memories of creating it all, otherwise if we knew we created it and could manipulate it, anything we didnt like we could just chnage at will which would defeat the purpose of trying to experience it. Just a theory. What are your thoughts?
Interesting take. But from what Shotekeeper told us, I've an impression that it was more of a nessecity rather than a choice on River's part. Besides it'd quite irresponsible to wipe your memories when there are still so much danger around for ppl such as Lament etc. Rover being a sentinel of this world would not make such a selfish decision.
If the game and the report say different things im not sure which ones correct tbh (maybe it means the same thing?). A popular theory rn is that ‘past’ Rover who knew ‘everything’ didnt know how to defeat the Lament so he erased his memories with the hope that the new Rover who learns as he goes will know how to defeat it 🤔

I dont think ive seen that type of heel used in a game before afaik. The combination with the straps bring them from legitimately practical to impossible to walk in... but considering her origins, it don't matter since they're probably a part of her feet, like growths 😂

Not that I pay attention to it >.>, but it seems she has a problem in the texture of her right thigh, with her skin having a bump there. I don't know how this small thing passed in such a well-made model

She is made of pure energy, having cybernetic parts wouldn't make sense, she the "Shorekeeper", the beach vibe suit her well.
Shes quite literraly called Shorekeeper...... aka beach. So it perfectly suits her.
