I love to watch you do this! You make it look some easy! Thank you for sharing, you are such a pretty lady too!! Your sidekick isn't in this video he is usually there "helping" you! So cute! Your dog!
I love the look of this! Thank you so much for sharing! I'm trying this out right now, but I keep getting hung up in the first transfer of the stitches from the right hand to the left hand. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong. After transferring each loop onto my left hand I attempt to tighten the stitch as you do, but instead of being able to tighten by pulling on the working yarn, it seems the only way to tighten is by pulling on the yarn that connects the two hands together.
Would it work if I did fewer stitches across, let's say 5, but made it twice as long so it can be doubled or left long? Thanks! This is going to be a Christmas gift for one of my nieces. :) The yarn I have is 6 but yours looks thicker. It would be one strand Thick and Quick and one strand Hometown both by Lions Brand.
I really like this pattern but is it only scarves and blankets that can be made with arm knitting? If one wished to make a blanket with this pattern is it as simple as lengthening the yarn and more stitches?
Keep getting to certain points then making a mistake. Wish you showed what to do if you messed up in the middle rather than taking it all apart. I do love the scarf.
I love the way you teach us so simply and clearly, Maggie, but please, oh please, enough with the music. It comes on SO loudly and drowns out your words. Very frustrating and unnecessary. The clarity and detail of your videos is enough to make them 'professional'. That's all we need. Thanks for all you've taught me - and a "Wrrrufff" to your gorgeous dogs which will never again be able to cuddle up on your knees. lol. B.
Skiir D Depends on the colour you chose : most young men prefer black and grey for daily lige in the city but the sporty ones go for yellow, orange and red. Kaki is also favored by men living in the countryside or on weekeends
I really like the outcome of this project! My favorite so far!
What do you guys think? This is one of my favorite arm knit scarves so far.

At the beggining I was very sceptic and confused, I am a knitting greenhorn:).... but at now I enjoy my new scarf! Thank you!
Cause 20 min. is my thing and it looks cool
I lived in Germany for 3 years & the Men wore Scarves in the Cold Months, I got use to it & they don't look too bad at all.
Helped me so much!
I wish you showed more video of the scarves on or being worn, its hard to see them just in the video image picture.
This is so neat!!!!
Thank you so so much for this video ! I love it :)

Maggie I have a question: Is it possible to arm/finger knit a striped scarf?
yes, it is possible. just change color of yarn maybe 2-4 rows ( keep it an even number )
Maggie is there a tuturial that shows how to add in the second bundle of yarn if using more then one roll?
206JoLee Yes, try watching my arm knitting 101 videos on my channel

that will work
How much of the skein did you have left after you finish the scarf? I'm trying to figure out how much yarn I need. Thanks!

Miss Webb Yes. That's right
Did you use all of the yarn? If not, do you think one ball of yarn would be enough for a longer scarf that wraps around once
***** I used all of the yarn using 2 strands at a time. If you do one strand at a time one ball would be enough.
how would you finish the scarf if you don't want it to be an infinity scarf?
Meeko You just knit double the amount of rows and then don't sew the ends.
But the final loop, you don't want to leave a thread hanging right? I should just sew it in itself?
Meeko You don't leave it hanging. You double the knot as I did at the end and you can either weave it in or cut it.
Awesome! Thanks for the quick answer =) And love your work!

To do a blanket out of this, how many Cast Stitches and Knit rows would you think?
yes how many to do a blanket?
Is this good for winter?
how did she get two string ends
I realize the first 10 stitches look different from other videos where they make a crossed X on your thumb... interesting.
can you arm knit a hat or hand bag???????????????????????????
