The current that is displayed on the screen is based on the voltage. When you press the test button the device puts a 6.5K resistor between Line and Ground. This creates i = V/r = 241/6500 = 37mA current. Basically, the screen tells you what leakage current it will create when you press the test button. What you measured is not the leakage current. It is the consumption of the unit itself.
bro the button u need to hold for 3 second until the red light indicator on then the rccb will trip make sure you read your manual book for the product carefully before use it😂
