First time I ever saw using clay to hold the wire in place. Great idea.

After stripping the wire, twist the strands together before soldering. Also use a needle nose plier to bend the wire to fit close to the rail before soldering.

Yes, this isn't a video I'm proud... I'm probably gonna remake it soon, because it doesn't show good techniques.

Very nicely explained. If you could explain the intervals of wiring for a bigger project

I like to solder the wires to the bottom of the rail so they are invisible.

Not sure I understand....you're using flex or snap?

Its ok but the soldering job couldve been better. First, flux the rail, then tin the feeder and form a J hook on the wire to be soldered. Attach the feeder to the rail and solder away.

or try wire glue, there is no chance of melting anything

You are supposed to tin the track first.

Yes I know. When I made that video I was not very good, the video is a bit misleading... I'm thinking of remaking the video, do you think I should??

If you could remake it that wound be very helpful.
Maybe add in twisting the wire before tinning the wire
      Tin the rail
How to get a good joint. The one in this video looks a bit sus.
      Cheers
