Besides that, the background 3-chord piano is completely achievable on a Genesis. I created 3 individual FM sounds which, individually, don't sound like a piano at all. But, when played together as a chord, they make pretty convincing sounds.
I’ve heard the mega drive was a lot harder to work with than the snes for music, so i’m always impressed to hear really cool tracks like these come out of it

Great remix, sounds a bunch more fleshed out than a lot of other Genesis-style works I've heard recently. Side note, I'm so happy that people remember Dynamite Headdy. Legitimately one of my favourite games, it was such a uniquely designed game and the soundtrack was among the best I've heard in a video game, oozing all kinds of style WAY ahead of it's time. I'm honestly baffled that it wasn't more popular.

work on getting this as the background music for my genesis classic, that is the only project you need to be working on.
Including the "battle start" sounds at the beginning really made this remix stand out.

That's actually dpcm aka dual pcm, it's like you can use samples of sounds which in this case is a piano
