When do you pull the chain tensioner pin? Maybe I missed it...but would the top chain guide and tensioner be done before reinstalling the front cover?
@ericricks5758 correct. Once the guides and chain is properly installed (properly meaning with the timing marks aligned with the colored chain links) the pin can be removed. Then the cover goes on after.
