What is a good way to handle they want the roof but they just aren’t ready to file a claim yet they wanna wait till spring or the summer “because it better time of the year “ I try and make it more urgent but sometimes they don’t budge
My first thought is that the HO deductible is based on the value of the home and so, if and when your home value increases, the deductible will increase as well.. but tell it as a story, “I’ve seen so many home owners think the same, but then they are shocked when their deductible amount is higher than expected!”
I think these videos will help :) ua-cam.com/video/nYOfIb1TDcE/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/_LH-ap0KZmE/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/lnlutF9BwuI/v-deo.html
Your videos are fantastic, I really appreciate you. You mentioned that you've been studying the topic of learning and I'm curious if you can recommend one book on learning, what would it be? The reason I'm asking is that I've been selling replacement windows for about a month now. From what I can tell, the sale is very similar to a roof. The objections are almost identical. My company has a sales presentation that is approximately 90-minutes long and about 55 to 65 pages long. It's a fantastic presentation, but I'm really struggling to get it all memorized so I can make a masterful presentation. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Heath, you are very welcome and I appreciate your comment. Yes, I love learning and studying learning. A few of my favorite books on the topic are: Ultralearning, Pre-Suasion, The Power of Habit. I also include my recommended reading list inside our free training center here: theroofstrategist.com/free-training-center I have about 84 of my favorite books in there organized by category. I also recommend watching my CARPARK Closing Formula video: ua-cam.com/video/79UKyzEk89s/v-deo.html -- you may find that this helps you nail your presentation without being word-for-word scripted. Hope this helps dude!
Which one is your favorite path to use?
How and why questions are the best. I want prospects to open up and talk.
The one asking the questions is the one leading the conversation amen brother.
