I don't know road racing, but this guy Dale is a crack up. I know they are doing speed, and Dale is turning and looking at his passenger when he's talking. HEY HEY HEY!! Keep your eyes on the road! LOL ! exciting. Very nice video.
The corvette grand sport is by far my all time favorite corvette, this car can do so much for so little.

This are the type of old english gentle❤men i work with. Very gentle but very confident and talented. This guy is not even focusing as hes talking, and still drives like this, amazing. Even at the end he doesnt beat the corvet purposely. Let him win. So cool 👌 so humble man!
Good driving and for as fast as you were going, you were able to handle a conversation too. Someone is experienced at this, and as for the Corvette, for being a Grand Sport, not the ZO6, and having 100 HP less than you have, it did a damn good job of taking off and staying ahead of you. That driver also did a good job too and the GS is faster than I thought that it would be, glad that I came across this video.
No way a Grand Sport could create space on the straights like that. That vette has to be a Z06.

Sorry Jaguar: Corvette all day and not supercharged, no AWD and "only" 466 HP.

If you take them drag racing the jaguar will walk that vette all day but on the track sense the GS or z06 had the z07 package which means much better track performance

Great video, but sorry, the S/C AJ133 V8 is far too shouty for the actual (slightly disappointing imo) performance it offers. Hmm, perhaps i' m getting old eh..... ;-)
I agree. Shouty is ok....it may even be excellent if you're 'Pavarotti-shouty'.....but that SVR is more 'Shane McGowan' than Luciano. When will JLR ever get the F-Type right ? Well, in Mark 1 guise, never. Oh dear.

That’s definitely a Z06 not a GS he was chasing. The Jag would walk the GS in the straights.
Good showing for a Grand Sport. ZR1 or a VO6 would have been more interesting.
