+Skipperino Kripperino its funny cause for people like me that watch the streams the gameplay is irrelevant, but you show me how long the info portion is so it makes life easier..........skipperino helps both teams FTW
+MagmaRagerino Kripperino I had an arena game the other day, and Magma Rager ended up doing 15 Damage to my opponent. It's the strongest card in the game! 3 Mana for 5 Attack LOOK AT THAT VALUE!
I hate this card so much! I was playing a N'zoth mirror match. The guy got tirion both times from this card and his own. So N'zoth brought back 3 of those bastards. Needless to say he won...
Chairman Meow Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh yes... But warcraft was very much a part of my childhood. One of my very first pc games was warcraft tides of darkness.

+Yanhao Ren yeah, mech synergies currently glow yellow based off of your opponent's board and not your own, if only he had a mech on the board, it wouldn't have glowed.
I love light in the darkness. I added two in my standard pally deck just to fill in the empty space in my deck, and it has saved my butt so many time. Even when I just pick an okay three drop the fact that is has the extra buff has made it so my opponent had to waste more recourses to get rid of it. Once I just picked a raptor, and the fact that it had three health instead of two forced my opponent use both of his minions to kill it.
+William A.Souza funny thing is: it doesnt glow anymore when you yourself have a mech. sometimes i truely think blizzard hearthstone division has the worst programmers on the planet, like how the fuck does stuff like this or the reverse fan of knives randomly happen in updates
Scott J. Fox well i dont, but judging from other way more complicated games that get updated way more frequently and dont have consistant bugs for years (card shuffle bug, etc) im just left wondering how adding new cards can fuck up precoded stuff so badly.
I've played it for like 3 matches and gotten 2x Ragnaros the lightlord and the third time deathwing, dragonlord (with a dragon based deck) and I was pretty excited as the card got announced
I know, but it's just the only reasonable explaination. It's a bug, but I'd like to know if that would actually work, I mean if that would get a buff and a spare part :D
I just realized that Yogg-Saron is a bit like a Deck of Many Things from D&D. There are good outcomes, but there are plenty of bad ones as well, and the more you draw the greater the risk of something diddling you over becomes.
My best use of Light in the Darkness was in a Rogue Arena game when I got it and Ragnaros, Lightlord from Burgle. It gave me Leeroy for a surprise lethal from 19 HP. RNGesus is my Lord and Savior!
I'm playing this card in my control paladin, where I don't have a two drop anymore and instead of power button you play this card. You can adapt for the early game or even play it in the late game, like all discover cards do
I drafted the card 2 times in my recent arena draft. I got two Dr. Booms in ONE game :D I felt so sorry for my oponent, because now i know how it feels to basically destroy your opponent ;)
Tried Light in the Darkness myself in constructed. From what I've found, it's much better to just run one copy, as having two increases the likelyhood that you won't get something more important or have one of the copies sitting in your hand for a while. But it is rather good because it gives you a buffed minion and acts like psuedo card draw, which paladins have had issues dealing with since vanilla. Not going to say its the greatest card ever, but if you run out of ideas for a custom deck and have room for a spell there are definitely worse cards that you could put in. And I have no doubt it is amazing in arena. Edit: you could also replace it into any deck that used to run Jeweled Scarab; that card got nerfed for paladins since it can no longer get you a few of the good 3 drops they liked to get, particularly Muster for Battle. So Light in the Darkness can give you back that 2 mana Discover card that your deck is now missing.
at 14.35 the tinker is lit up because of the opponents mech i think they changed the way it works you can see at 14.40 when kripp kills the enemy's mech its not lit up anymore :)
Hey guys wanted your input on something, I just got back into hearthstone I have all expansions except league of explorers my question is should I get the expansion or just buy some packs for dust or other things?
I'd definatly get the expansion if your thinking of spending money in the game anyway. You get the expansion, you know what your getting and it's good cards, whereas you buy packs and you don't.
right now i think the old god cards are the most played ones... but i'd consider buying loe for at least brann, due to his huge synergies with WoG cards (c'thun themed espacially)
My friend recently started playing hearthstone after quite a bit of time with magic: the gathering. Within just a few days of playing, he had drafted standard aggro zoo and is now rank 5. I, on the other hand, have been playing hearthstone for 4-5 months now and have never gotten past rank 9. What the hell. It may be his card game expertise, or it may just be his badass deck.
Just came back to Hearthstone and, being an arena player, have found it extremely difficult to draft a decent deck. Is this just me or has all the shit in the pool totally fucked it up?? If you've got a recent(ish) video on the subject, or tips on what to look for in the arena draft these days. 'Twould be much appreciated if you could link me up. Thanks :-)
What i like about A light in the Darkness is how good and underrated it is. Best case is getting tirion fordring early and having as a 7/7 minion. Worst case is getting a crappy minion that is useless but its stats makes it a little better. The fact is that it makes a minion a little bigger makes it better. I want to run 2 to show how good it is... Card is not shit, just sometimes other cards are better then this one. I just happen to love it.
my experience with A Light In the dark in arena: won one game by discovering tirion, lost one from oppenent discovering onyxia, i should be tier 1 on heartharena
Dont rely on this card as a 2-drop though. Its a pretty big loss of tempo (which paladin really lacks in arena) and is too slow to be really effective IMO.
***** murlock pally isn't all that bad. I beat that deck several times with my control pally c'thun deck. Tbh warrior and mage are the most annoying. Shit warrior can control better than pally and out last it.

turns out concecration with +5 spell damage is preeeeety good
preeetyyy gooooodddd
+13shivan concentration?
+Bob Jone concecration is a pally card, it deals 2 damage to all enemies.
The fact every single person misspelled "consecration", proves sheeple are real.
Chris Legaspi no it proves that people have better things to do than to impress randoms on the internet with perfect spelling and grammar.

+Skipperino Kripperino You're early
holy shit that was fast

+Crazydave2356 thats what she said FeelsBadMan
+Skipperino Kripperino Hello sir you are the real MVP
I love this little exchange:
Kripp - Please no consecrate.
Deathwing - I! AM POWER! INCAAAAARNAAAATE!!!
Kripp - ...of course.
+Ysera PhD Your name is funny because the onld PhD I can think of Ysera getting is psychology of dreams!
+Ysera PhD , Kripp - ....I dreamed
+Julian Penrod (Falinos) and the world trembled?
14:12 snapjaw mech confirmed
+Uka39 LUL
What do you mean? Snapjaw was always a mech! Please! Read your lore!
+Uka39 It seems like it thought the mechanical yeti was a friendly mech, since when it died it stopped glowing
+Uka39 Bug where the game thought that the Yeti was on his side. You see it turing green again once yeti dies.
+Uka39 It's actually yellow because of the opponents mech for some reason. You can see the yellow outline dissappear as soon as the yeti's killed.
I can only think of one thing to say about this card. "By the Holy Light!"
+Master Bait Wow...
Astonishing!
+Mathmachine Amazing.
SO HOT!
Buy my Beard!
Who said I can only have 1 health?!
How do you feel about your nemesis? The dreaded Am'gam Ragerino Kripperino?
+MagmaRagerino Kripperino I had an arena game the other day, and Magma Rager ended up doing 15 Damage to my opponent. It's the strongest card in the game! 3 Mana for 5 Attack LOOK AT THAT VALUE!
Your memes are consistently top tier. I applaud you sir.
I feel sorry for you but ice rager becomes 6/3 for three mana.
By the way ice rager was played 5:34
17:39 Kripp loses to Minesweeper. What else is new?
I like how that last guy decided for Deathwing in under a second. :)
He didn't.. it was editing
+deadpenguinss that was for sure not edited xDDDDDD
Ehri You may want to visit the eye doctor, bud
+deadpenguinss no, you should visit an eye doctor.
Replay the clip and look at the Face Cam, it is 100% smooth without editing.
4:23 you failed us Skipp
14:15 strange bug with tinkertown technician . No mech on Kripp's board, yet it's orange
I hate this card so much! I was playing a N'zoth mirror match. The guy got tirion both times from this card and his own. So N'zoth brought back 3 of those bastards. Needless to say he won...

thats a fukin lie
+Larry Bobinski Arent you too old to be playing childrens card games
Chairman Meow Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh yes... But warcraft was very much a part of my childhood. One of my very first pc games was warcraft tides of darkness.

"Those sick control mages just get zoo'd and aggro'd down." Story of my life :^(
Written in these walls are the stories that I can't explain
I leave my heart open but it stays right here empty for days
She told me in the morning she don't feel the same about us in her bones
Seems to me that when I die these words will be written on my stone And I'll be gone, gone tonight
The ground beneath my feet is open wide
The way that I been holding on too tight
With nothing in between The story of my life
I take her home
I drive all night
To keep her warm
And time is frozen (the story of, the story of)
The story of my life
I give her hope
I spend her love
Until she's broke
Inside
The story of my life (the story of, the story of) Written on these walls are the colors that I can't change
Leave my heart open but it stays right here in its cage
I know that in the morning now I see us in the light upon a hill
Although I am broken, my heart is untamed, still And I'll be gone, gone tonight
The fire beneath my feet is burning bright
The way that I been holding on so tight
With nothing in between The story of my life
I take her home
I drive all night
To keep her warm
And time is frozen (the story of, the story of)
The story of my life
I give her hope
I spend her love
Until she's broke
Inside
The story of my life (the story of, the story of) And I been waiting for this time to come around
But baby running after you is like chasing the clouds The story of my life
I take her home
I drive all night
To keep her warm
And time is frozen
The story of my life
I give her hope (give her hope)
I spend her love
Until she's broke (until she's broke inside)
Inside
The story of my life (the story of, the story of) The story of my life
The story of my life (the story of, the story of)

around 14mins. The 3/3 is light up cuz of the enemy mech!????? A new bug???? How????
+Yanhao Ren It`s not that new, I don`t think anyways
+Yanhao Ren yeah, mech synergies currently glow yellow based off of your opponent's board and not your own, if only he had a mech on the board, it wouldn't have glowed.

14:11 Tinkertown Tech was glowing yellow, bug
yeah it happens a lot for some reason
its a bug when your opponent has a mech
+William A.Souza funny thing is: it doesnt glow anymore when you yourself have a mech. sometimes i truely think blizzard hearthstone division has the worst programmers on the planet, like how the fuck does stuff like this or the reverse fan of knives randomly happen in updates
+FredOWNZ obviously you yourself don't program or understand how/why bugs can happen, lol
Scott J. Fox
well i dont, but judging from other way more complicated games that get updated way more frequently and dont have consistant bugs for years (card shuffle bug, etc) im just left wondering how adding new cards can fuck up precoded stuff so badly.
Why this 3 mana card is yellow on 14:11, when he doesn't control any mech?
Thank you for talking about this card Kripp. I have found that it is super fun and can give some pretty amazing cards!
I've played it for like 3 matches and gotten 2x Ragnaros the lightlord and the third time deathwing, dragonlord (with a dragon based deck) and I was pretty excited as the card got announced
Why is the Tinkertown Technician orange at 14:14? He had no Mech
+Etienne Saw it do that on Hafu's stream a while back too, think it's somehow bugged after the update.
+Etienne I think that's because of mechanical yeti. When Kripp kills it, the Tinkertown is no longer orange.
But the text of it says, if you control a mech, not your opponent
I know, but it's just the only reasonable explaination. It's a bug, but I'd like to know if that would actually work, I mean if that would get a buff and a spare part :D
I just realized that Yogg-Saron is a bit like a Deck of Many Things from D&D. There are good outcomes, but there are plenty of bad ones as well, and the more you draw the greater the risk of something diddling you over becomes.
4:34 damn it is the first turn only and kripp is already "TOPDECKED X CARD..." FUCKING HELL M8 HOW CAN YOU
14:11 why does the tinkertown technician glow yellow ?
+obby andwii bug? Idk it seems like it glowed at the opponent's mech.
14:11 How can Kripp's tinkertown tech be yellow? kripp doesnt have a mech on board!? is it a bug?
+eldervinnie yeah I was wondering this also?
+Joe Astrahan there was a mech on the other side though?
4:20 The skipperinos are blazing it!
It's pretty good in constructed too, I've gotten Tyrion and Ysera in the same game before.
7:42 the 49 damage consecration heard 'round the world
My best use of Light in the Darkness was in a Rogue Arena game when I got it and Ragnaros, Lightlord from Burgle. It gave me Leeroy for a surprise lethal from 19 HP. RNGesus is my Lord and Savior!
If you look for the light, you will always find it.
If you look for the dark, that is ALL you'll ever see.
~ Iroh
KRIPP IS NOW MUSCULAR
Wtf bro 😂😂😂😂
No way
6:36 The definition of jinxing it
Why at 14:38 the Tinkertown Technician's border is golden, like it can be activated....
Why was tinkertown technician orange in 14:06 if u hadnt a mech in board?
I've been using this card on my Reno&Deathrattle Paladin deck, it works just fine for me.
Daym that Deathwing's end was hilarious :') Never ever lucky hahahaha
Why is tinkertown tech glowing around 14:25?
+Cristos Spanos was looking for an answer to that as well - no idea tho
seems like a bug. call the toast.
That happened to me from a C'THUN Priest. He discovered a FREAKIN C'THUN. So we he was running TWO C'THUNS!
14:12 why is the tinkertown technician highlighted?
No Skipperino?
Here's his placeholder. 4:20 to skip the kripp.
tinkmaster bug ag a inst that pali?
+PattPlays The Yeti from the opponent was making it glow, that should not happen, beucase the text says: "If YOU have a Mech", so... yeah, bug.
+Master Bait And now in English?
+PattPlays Do you have Parkinsons or wtf is going on
"Tinkermaster bug against that paladin?"
I'm playing this card in my control paladin, where I don't have a two drop anymore and instead of power button you play this card. You can adapt for the early game or even play it in the late game, like all discover cards do
Uhhh at 14:11 why is his tinkertown tech glowing gold..?
kripp is the only person i know to have died for no reason to random deathwings.
+Lucas Smith You obviously didn't play WoW during the Cata prelaunch.
did it feature random deathwings
Master Of Reality
He would randomly murder a ton of people in a zone every so often.
Nice
Where is Skipperino Kripperino?
he's gotta sleep sometime
4:20
Thank mr. jello
Hi Xerath bro
I drafted the card 2 times in my recent arena draft. I got two Dr. Booms in ONE game :D I felt so sorry for my oponent, because now i know how it feels to basically destroy your opponent ;)
That last paladin felt like constructed
can somebody explain to me why his tinkertown technician has a yellow outline around 14:00 he doesnt have any mechs :/
i think its a bug. happened to me once and i played it like an idiot. obviously it still does not trigger
Tried Light in the Darkness myself in constructed. Deathwing, Hope's end.
I love the vids where you get a bit salty Kripp. Please upload more of them.
this card discover from your deck or random class card or all random cards ?
"Turns out Yogg-Saron usually has preeeeety good effect" -Kripp 2016
at 14.35 the tinker is lit up because of the opponents mech i think they changed the way it works you can see at 14.40 when kripp kills the enemy's mech its not lit up anymore :)

right now i think the old god cards are the most played ones... but i'd consider buying loe for at least brann, due to his huge synergies with WoG cards (c'thun themed espacially)
yeah he can be insane with c'thun, wouldn't say he's vital though, he's just one card
How good is renounce darkness?
+Jack Duripper turns out its preeeeeetty bad
On release day I played arena one time. I picked paladin, got light in the darkness, and the very first time I played it I got Tirion.
EIAsqueroso proceeds to give Kripp 2 cards, 8 health, and leaves his minions alive, what a nice guy.
pretty good in my renounce/reno warlock deck that being said i dont play it in pally.
Such a good card, A Light in the Darkness won me 3 arena games, needed a small amount of damage, charge or battlecry minions appeared. Nightblade ftw.
Would you guys recommend destroying all my GvG and Naxx cards for dust, if I'm never going to play Wild?
why not?
+Moss in some tavern brawls i think you'd have to use some of those cards to make decks and have fun and stuff, otherwise who gives a shit
And after a year you will craft them again?
+Yuzu _ True but I'd only need to play one tavern brawl game to win my pack, and I'm sure I can do that without GvG/Naxx
+peter draganov Why would I need to craft them again? They don't come back into play you know.
Did I miss something? why does Malygos costs 7 instead of 9?
+Yang Qisq Because he played dragon consort which reduced its cost by 2
dragon concorte
+Yang Qisq
consort, also the technician turned golden when he doesn't have a mech
dragon consort
+Yang Qisq because the paladin played dragon consort and its effect doesn't end at the end of your turn
Any chance we'll see a Renounced Warlock soon?
He said on stream he disliked it because it kept giving him warrior cards and a lot of bolsters
played it on turn 4 arena one time and got a challenger with 2 secretes in the arena deck. easily won that game
This video is Kripp's plan to win against Palladin.
Any player who was decent in mtg will be a decently good hearthstone player really
+beescoot decklist?
+beescoot He understands his win conditions and lose conditions better than you do, because of his time in MTG
+graog123 perhaps. I heard that hearthstone is pretty much just an idiot's version of MTG. So, I can definitely see why he's so good. :P
+Matt Last oh, I don't have his deck list. Sorry
Well.. at least it wasn't consecrate.
What the hell were the choices to make Blood Imp the best of them?
+Strongside I think Blood Imp showed exactly why it's a decent card in that game.
AXE MURDERER Nah it isn't decent. It is mediocre in every way. the chances that it ups your trade value or saves a minion from a clear is quite low.
Except the game you just watched kind of showed exactly that.
AXE MURDERER Because rare exceptions are what decisions should be based on.
I discovered a 5/13 Ysera in arena lmao xD
How good is it? It's preeetty good!
wtf why is the technician activated in 14:12
Just came back to Hearthstone and, being an arena player, have found it extremely difficult to draft a decent deck. Is this just me or has all the shit in the pool totally fucked it up?? If you've got a recent(ish) video on the subject, or tips on what to look for in the arena draft these days. 'Twould be much appreciated if you could link me up. Thanks :-)
cthun should not be discovered in arena right?
Yes i hate him such a showoff.
You're not supposed to click the mines 17:20
wait, how can he get c'thun in arena if he should not be available?
Got Reno from this playing a RENOuncelock.
I have the power of rngesus.
this card gave me a +1/+1 saggoth which I immediately buffed by another +1/+1 with a top deck shattered sun cleric.
and almost every time I've played it, it's given me at least 1 legendary minion
"Let's hope I don't face any crazy ass dragons" Opponent plays 5/13 Malygos
what exactly cripp says in the beginning of each video ?
heyguyshow'sitgoingkripparianhere
What i like about A light in the Darkness is how good and underrated it is.

The fact is that it makes a minion a little bigger makes it better.
I want to run 2 to show how good it is...
Card is not shit, just sometimes other cards are better then this one.
I just happen to love it.
How do people get the female paladin? (I don't play this much so I honestly don't know)
It's a special promotion for world of Warcraft, if you get a character to Level 20 you get her for free
+Sithlord412 thanks man!
Luke Takessian no problem
4:20 Skipperino blazitfgt!
That moment you realize Kripp is wearing an Avengers tshirt.
my experience with A Light In the dark in arena: won one game by discovering tirion, lost one from oppenent discovering onyxia, i should be tier 1 on heartharena
A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS TAVERN PLEASE THANK YOU I WILL NOW MAKE MY RETREAT
13/13 death wing. Seems good
+Deathwingerino Kripperino failed cancer like farm is failed
+Francisco José I second this idea, would be crazy.
+mc gg oh yeah just a light in the darkness would be, unless it's the highlight, but they have another neat mechanic as well. It's just a thought.
Unstable Portal + Paladin: A light in the the darkness.
Unstable Paladin!
well you can choose so it's stable paladin
Bog creeper is insane and have won games alone, feels like arena has become a bit slower due to these taunts being introduced
First thing I did when expansion lunched, was crafting this card twice :)
+ComissarYarrick Why would you craft a common card? WutFace
Dont rely on this card as a 2-drop though. Its a pretty big loss of tempo (which paladin really lacks in arena) and is too slow to be really effective IMO.
Pretty good → Take a shot
+MemberHomei
Pls no I wanna live to see tomorrow
I always discover a legendary with a light in the darknes like a fordring or eldric
why is cthun in arena?
Malygos with concecration on the arena... unbealivable!
'A bright light in the dark' somehow reminds me of 'Light up a fire in the night'
Idk how
05:31 WHERE IS MAGMARAGERINO KRIPPERINO WHEN YOU NEED HIM
where is skipperino when i need him
Saw this coming, knew he was dead wrong about it in the card review about arena hahaha
Looks like 13/13 Deathwing is PREEEEEETTY GOOOOOD.
When we will get something that is buffing discover.... like legendary with " All discover effects trigger twice" this card will be op :D
+Darth Imperius like brann?
Brann bronzebeard does the same thing for minions, faendral does the same for raven idol
Yeah... but nothing work with THIS paladin card :P
"[Hearthstone] A Bright Light In The POWER INCARNATE!!!! HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE" FTFY
I run it in my control paladin, good so far
low key favorite card as a paladin main
***** whats wrong with paladin? I feel like it's a weak class =/ well besides mystery pally lol.
***** murlock pally isn't all that bad. I beat that deck several times with my control pally c'thun deck.

***** i beg to differ. warrior priest mage and rogue and druid all did better than pally until mystery came along and on top of that standard being the death of rogue and druid
if pally was so OP bliz would of nerfed one of them
