Two of my Scaly Lori watched it from start to finish, loved it unlike dozens of others I play for them. Cool! And I seen Lorikeets eat seeds loads of times, They sure have the beak for opening seeds.

Diva🐦💓gets crazy eyes till the real birds🐦🐦🐦🐦comes then she loses interest and wants to be with them. 😄🌈🐦💓😘
Yeah my scaly Diiva 💓🐦 gets crazy eyes watching this. She was hand raised with lori at local produce store. Prefers them rather than her own kind have flocks coming into feed daily. 🌈🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦
Lorikeets don’t have a gall bladder and can’t digest seeds, though they live to eat them. Ok as a very occasional treat, but very bad for them on a regular basis. Fruit and veges ok to feed.
Sunflower seeds are too fatty for them, will give them fatty liver disease. My vet told me (Alex Rosenwax) that the most common death of domesticated parrots is too much fat. My cockatoo pet of 20 years died from it, mind you if ur only feeding them this once in awhile, it’s ok. It’s a treat food for them. Good to use in training.

Problem is that seeds are harmful for them. They should eat fruits and vegetables to be healthy.

These bird do not eat seeds only fruits ect
