i know you always say you want to get back into vlogging like you "used to" and talk about the gym and health more, but honestly your family vlogs/life vlogs with the kids are sooo much more fun and relatable to watch
Remembering back to the video where you said you were going to have the baby despite the health risks after that test you got when you were pregnant, how loved Malakai was and how you and kurt were going to give him the best life you could. Then seeing this gorgeous day supportive unit you’ve created. So much respect for you both ❤️

I live in Puerto Rico the coconut you opened was actually a sprouted coconut ... the coconut water transforms into a cloud like texture and you can eat it !! Next time give it a try its delicious in Puerto Rico we call them "Manzana del coco" which in English means the "apple of the coconut".
