Dang. Now that’s what I call passionate about grilling! Haven’t tried briquettes in my PK coal basket yet. Any advice on keeping them from suffocating on their ash like how I’ve heard it’s bad about? Speaking of briquettes, I’ll have to give the Cowboy a try. Good deal on them at Walmart. Great technique on the wings. The flat is where it’s at.
