Well I keep 2.8 breeding colonies and they do fine. The best thing is to grow up your males to gather and then put them together into the same tub and never switch them around once there together. If you take a male out and put in with another male from another colony you will then have issues for-sure. I find females get knocked up better but I’ve switched things up a bit now since listening to your videos helped a lot. Only been breeding rodents for 5-6 years now but on a larger scale for the last few years. You learn so much all the time. These rodent videos helped a lot. Thanks
Unfortunately I had to learn a lot of this the hard way. I remember opening rat tubs and seeing half of an eaten adult rat and a skull cap, for some reason they eat everything but the rear end and the top of the skull, it's nasty! I do buy all of my tubs and coco from Freedom Breeder and after this season I'll be ordering new snake and rat racks, you guys are definitely the best with the best customer service.
I have one breeding male for my 6 shelf rack. I only move the male every two weeks and he never sees babies. By the time he makes it back they are weened and moms had a break and ready to breed. They never eat their babies without a male unless they are first time moms they sometimes do. I keep 3 to 4 females per bin.
Lol. These guys make great products but maybe they should get to work filling all the rack orders which are backed up for months instead of making rambling videos.
Lol dude has a lot of knowledge and also seems like he gets off topic often and is hard to get back focused lol. Great video!
It's really cool to see how much respect Jesse has for his Pops, he is definitely and innovator no doubt about that!
It would be great if you could do individual videos of each rack for the rodent breeding showing all the features. Especially the 44 rack.
Thanks

Amazing you say this I’ve had bad success with this before, for some they have no issues breeding this way. That’s good it works good for you.
Great Video
great information
great stuff i love this series as I am working on making my FB combo rack I got from you guys work to maximum efficiency
I wud buy from u if you was in the uk as well told you your make lots over here
How many weaned to small can you keep in a 44 tub?
It might help if you showed all the racks together people might understand better . But I love the video and info
How long do you leave the male in with the girls?
All depends I switch mine out every 6 months. Some people leave them longer. All depends on how big of colonies you breed them in as well.
Do you guys export to Dominican Republic? 😭😭
There is also a lot of Coco here 🌴🥥😂
Great info 🥳🤘🏻🤘🏻
Should do one on mice. Those little bastards are a pain.
Good idea
He really has me believing he doesn't know shit about these racks and tubs the way he's asking the questions and looking at his dad.
He knows the answer. He's just including his dad to keep the video more interesting. You're an idiot

These 2 don't ship out the racks. I'm sure their team continues working as they create content.
