Oh my god. This has brought myself nearly to tears. I have lived in the Uplands in 1993 for 3 months and have passed his house there every day. I came back in 2002 to meet my host family there. Laugharne will be the next vacation. You have convinced myself.Thank you for this beautiful doku. 🙏Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Thanks Will, lovely place and what a great writing shed he had - looks like he could still be sitting there contemplating and overlooking that wonderful scenery. I've never seen his grave before, very modest but nice to know he is buried with the love of his life Caitlin🌷.
Enjoyed Tenby and now Laugharne. Many thanks for these Huw. I have been in that “house on stilts” twice and on the second occasion I had reason to believe there was a poltergeist presnt.
You mentioned Talacharn in another video of yours a couple of years ago. About your own town and spelling and pronunciation. So this hasn't come as any surprise. Every time I am on the bus and see the road sign as we enter Laugharne I always think of you.

So glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
Enjoyed that Will - it's on my bucket list to visit sometime! :-)
You should Rob!
Great as always. I'm enjoying this series - it's a nice change to see south-west Wales. Your country is so beautiful. Diolch yn fawr!
Glad you enjoyed it! I was down there on holiday so I thought I would get some video :)

Ohh.. Spooky Gwil !😯
It may be that Dylan Thomas's character was such that his energy created a poltergist ?
Lovely video Will. I have been to Laugharne a couple of times but never been to see Dylan's grave. It is quite surprising to see how modest it is.
Yes. It's very unassuming.
Diolch Will! This one was very atmospheric and quite emotional, I think I may have just cried a little at the end 🥹
Thanks. Yes, quite a sad story.

Yes, once you know what happened, you can see examples everywhere in Wales.
Excellent. Shame I didn't know you were in the area. I've got notes for a guided tour of Pendine you could have had if you considered a video here.
Cheers Dragon. Next time Maybe?
@@WillHuw definitely. Did you just correct the typo?
There is a block in swansea unis bay campus named after this
Interesting!
@@WillHuw all the student blocks on either campus is named after some welsh area (towns, hills, rivers, rocks, old famous welsh names)
