My dance studio in Texarkana, Texas, which I told you guys about, is getting ready for a Christmas Fair and we perform the week before Thanksgiving Break there every year! And then Nutcracker at our local theater in early-mid December before Christmas Break.
@@amberjacobs1996Hi amber, lucky to hear from you again! I since our last conversation on this channel and on You Tube had definately a feeling that I want to learn more on Texakana *which I have hopefully surprised or suggested in my last comment, which is probably 6 or 7 month ago... don't mind when I'm not sure. I read to my mum (into her bed) about and into a place like Texakana - and she was a good listener. As true as always. Mom passed now - you live Texakana - I started - how about you. Hook on and like show on where you live. It's always good to hear from you.
I saw this actual performance and I cried during the third piece. It was so moving and beautiful. The dancers were genuine and you could feel it. It was as moving as any theatrical work I've ever seen. You don't need words to convey emotion obviously. And this piece was powerful. I also saw the first piece with Rachel and I thought she and her partner were fantastic. It was a sweet and honest work of art as well. The whole day was magnificent and I thought Michelle and Savannah were outstanding in the final piece. Michelle did that turn across the stage and I was so completely impressed, and Savannah danced in such a mature and powerful way. All three of the sisters completely transformed on the stage. While this production is over, obviously the girls will be on stage for years and years. Make sure you get to see them.
This is possibly my favourite Quiner-Sisters video of all. I so appreciate the concept of this company, the choice of pieces, the more contemporary style. In some of the big companies people never get the appreciation & chances they deserve, and just rot in the corps de ballett - "being for ever the third girl from the right in the last row but one", a friend of mine called it - hoping for a small solo one day, which may never come. I don't know how the reality of working for ARB really is, and sure, the resources for productions of the big classic companies are amazing, - like costumery, the huge corps & flock of soloists to draw on - but from following here, ARB seems way more wholesome, organic & healthy for the mind, than many other companies. Also I really loved the hint/reminder about not using the face so much for expression, but allow the movement to communicate the mesage/ to tell the story.. !!! =)
Thank you all for putting your videos of your actual performance. When you live in Ontario, it’s not likely that I will be getting to see you in person! 🫶🩰🎭
I love to see so much on your account about other performances than the most known 3 ballets that people have seen for hundreds of years. This really shows how diverse ballet is and you all did a great job!
I loved watching your amazing performances! Bravo Michelle, Savannah, and Rachel...way to go! 👏👏 Cute and funny bloopers, too. The beautiful Quiner sisters put a smile on my face and warm my heart. Your parents must be so proud of all of their talented and successful daughters. Thanks so much for sharing and for taking us along! 💗😊🩰
Great video girls! Its so lovley to see you preform together, you were all fantastic! I loved Savannahs blue hoodie at the end 💙 and the bloopers were great 😂😂 And congrats on 700k!!🎉
I hab a bit of an exhausting day and now this video was perfect for me to watch. I loved seeing so much of the dancing which was somehow calming to me and I loved how you explained all the pieces. I really liked them and it was great watching you. btw: I love Savannahs colourful leotard that she wore in the beginning.
I wish American Repertory Ballet would leave up performances after they have happened on their website. And, make a copy of the playbill available for people who live a couple of thousand miles away, like me. 🙂 You all looked fantastic. I remember Roland Jones from when he was a BWII member. Watching Michelle take class in the turkey slippers was amusing.
Love!!!!! I love the performance videos! I really wish there was a live stream or someway for me to watch the actual performance! I live to far to come to a live show 😢. Question How do you all get chosen for the parts you dance and how come you don’t do every show? i’m not a dancer so I have no idea how all that works, maybe a video on that!
hello beautiful I'm new here, my name is Tommy, I love your videos you dance wonderfully beautiful ❤ so hope you all have the most amazing, most beautiful day and happy halloween everyone, Quiner Sisters 🫶🩰🎭🎃☺️
For Wonderment we performed at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. ARB performs Nutcracker at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, Two River Theater, Patriots Theater at the War Memorial, and State Theatre in New Brunswick.
Reagan 13: You girls did a fantastic job! I love all your videos! You are my inspiration and I want to start ballet! Do you have any tips for beginners? 🩷
@FinjaKolbener yeas, of course you can! Ask same way outto your parents, whence they're allright with you there is a lot out there to see with ballet, it's an experienced art form and there is a lot of places all over the world when you travel - why not.
Have you had a performance yet this season?
No, but my ballet studio is getting ready for nutcracker which is in like three or four weeks and I’m gonna be a party boy and Chinese!

Thank you!! Take it slow to learn the proper technique to prevent injury but work really hard.
Hey, you're so good! I've got a question; can I start dancing ballet even when I'm already 13 years old?
Thank you! You can start ballet at any age. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
@FinjaKolbener yeas, of course you can!

Hi guys! Do yall know Kenny easter from ABT ?
Hi! Yes!! We’ve taken his class many times.

Which of the Quiners was your kissing scene in the ballet?
Michelle should've gotten a turkey the size of Savannah's dog.
That’s nice Quiner Sisters. But I do something to ask you girls. How old are guys recently right now of your age that I meant?
Nutcracker income for you? Will you be there again?
