These discourses are awesome. Show cases our beautiful children who sing beautifully. I am also learning Tamil. Because of Sanskrit and context managing.
I feel blessed at my 89 th age by this dicourse on TULASIDAS RAMA CHARITA MANAS WHICH I NEVER HAD SUCH AN ECELLENT ONE WITH MELLIFLOUS MUSIC OF THE TWO LADIES A FEW STANZAS FROM THE EPIC EPISODE.
Dushyanth ji is blessed with the knowledge of the Epic history, with the Granthams memorized and delivering to us with eloquent language . 🙏🏽🙏🏽 His Unique humor reminds us that we have such a miniscuel existence to even appreciate such matters. Sow. Anahitha & Sow. Apoorva added so much Raga, Bhava to the Lyrics of the Bhajans with their melodious voice & diction. Thank you to the Artists & the organizers 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I am now watching many of Sri Dushyanth Sridhar's discourses one after another. They are all so inspiring, engaging and divine! In this discourse @ 24:00 on the timeline, Sri D.S says that it would not have been difficult for Tulasidas to have understood the Tamil Kamba Ramayanam even though the saint himself did not know the language. Sir, with respect I wish to add some interesting information regarding this aspect. I am quoting from a book on Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi published by Sri Ramanasramam, Tiruvannamalai, T.N (Reference Book: 'Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi', talk No.416 dated 21st may 1937): "Bhagavan said that Kamba Ramayanam consists of 12,000 stanzas to Valmiki's 24,000. Kambar's can be understood only by the learned and not by all. Tulasidas had heard Kamba Ramayanam recited to him in Hindi by a Tamil saint and later wrote his famous Ramayana". It is now believed by historicity that, Kumara Guruparar, a Tamil Saint-Kavi had gone to Kaasi for participating in some debate in Sanskrit (Kaasi was a centre for all kinds of philosophical debates those days). It was Kumara Guruparar who met Tulasidasar, read and explained Kamba Ramayanam to him. This is how The saint might have gained knowledge of the epic in Tamil. Later Kumara Guruparar also established the Tirupanandal Kaasi Adheenam in Tamilnadu. Namaskarams.
