    I’m over 60 but am getting more fit. I play doubles 3-4 times a week. I supplement that with weight machines and swimming laps another 2 times per week. If I drop another 10 lbs. I know I can hit 4.0 level. Now I’m 3.75 😀

    what do those numbers mean? 3.0 3.5 4.0 etc.... what is the highest?¿ in base of what are they mentioned? thanks

      3.5 is intermediate and 4.0 is intermediate starting to move to advanced

      Hey Fernando, that is the NTRP Scale used primarily for league play in the U.S. The USTA uses his system to keep players of like capabilities playing competitive matches. This link will explain the various ratings hope this is helpful

      1.0 absolute beginner. 7.0 is a pro. 3.5 is generally considered the average rec league player

    12 months? Concentrate on this stuff and it should take u 2 months. Or less.
