Guided by the wisdom of the Bhilala people, a subgroup of the Bhil tribe, we embark on a trek through the dense jungles, encountering the majestic Jholia waterfall. Our destination is the Ratanmaal plateau, a sanctuary for sloth bears and leopards, where nature thrives untouched.
As we immerse ourselves in the beauty of Kathiwada, we discover the treasures it holds - the sacred Tadi, the sweet Mahua, and the exquisite Noorjahan Aam, all gifts from the land cherished by the indigenous community.
In The Tribal Kitchen, we honour this connection to nature and culture by preparing Desi Murga, a traditional dish that embodies the flavours of Kathiwada. Through our culinary exploration, we not only savour the region’s tastes but also engage in conversations about its people, their heritage, and their way of life.

मैं मध्य प्रदेश के रायसेन जिला के विकासखंड बाड़ी ग्राम-घाट पिपरिया गया विधानसभा चुनाव ड्यूटी में मगर वहां के अधिकतर लोग शाकाहारी थे
और अच्छी बात ये की उस गांव में मदिरा का सेवन न के बराबर था और लोग बहुत अच्छे थे
उन्होंने हमको सेव टमाटर की सब्जी और पुरी खिलाई👍👍

हो सकता है वहां के लोग धीरे धीरे इन सब चीजों में बदलाव ला रहे हों
