Hello there thank you for your comment, my apologies for my delay in coming back to you. I have just taken a look at the product and on the back it doesn't say whether it is or isn't. It only says it is safe for colour treated hair. Sorry about this, but unfortunately I am aware of the answer.

Please trust me though when I say, it gives there hair great combability, sleekness and a softness which isn't over the top so it's flat and lank but a bounce of life and health. Hope this helps you!
