I just looked up the information heads up display section in my owner's encyclopedia. (Page 164) Found a note that states: "if Equipped" So I believe that answers my question.

I too have owned my Aviator for almost a year, and learned some valuable information. My Aviator is....
Black Label, Grand Touring, Flight Theme, luggage tan interior, Pristine White. This is such an amazing ride. More power than I can use. I usually drive in excite mode (I’m a product of the ‘60’s muscle car era).

My 2021 Aviator screen display does not bring up the same features shown in your video when using the control button. Is the heads-up and tach display feature on all Aviator models? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Do you know how to bring the navigation screen to the home screen? I tried no success.
Thanks for the question. To get turn by turn directions to show up in your drivers information screen use the square button on the right side of the steering wheel. You should see a navigation icon on the top. Push the button up. That’s it. In case you don’t see the navigation symbol above the square button then click on the home button first. Now if your HUD display is turned on, the turn-by-turn directions will only show up in the HUD display. If the HUD display is turned off, then the directions will show up in your infotainment screen. I own an aviatior and I just can’t get to turn on the cargo loading and also the easy access height. Would you be so kind to tell me how to reset those to be able to turn them back on. Thank you.
Thanks for the question. Sounds like the air suspension system has somehow been placed in “service” mode which causes it not to raise or lower until the system is activated again. Unfortunately the owners manual only gives vague directions on how to turn on or of the service mode so I’m going to give you two ways. Stop doing the first way if your not seeing any of the things I mention and move on to the second methods.
1.
To activate the system it should be in the drivers information screen. Using the right side steering wheel controls push the square button on the right down to open “settings”. Then I think you should see on option for “vehicle” click on that. If not. After clicking on settings look for a button that will allow you to adjust the opening height of the tailgate. The service air suspension and take gate height adjust are all in the same area. From there you should be able to take the air suspension out of service mode. 2. Using the infotainment touch screen locate the “settings” app click on it, look for “vehicle” then click on it. In that screen (you may need to scroll down ) loon for air suspension or service and click on it. From there you should be able to turn the service mode off. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

My Lincoln has the Air Glide Suspension System that lowers the vehicle upon entry, I can not find anywhere why the Aviator does not lower upon exiting the vehicle? Could someone please help me on activate this process? I can’t imagine the vehicle will lower to get in but won’t lower to get out. Thank you in advance.
That’s an interesting question. The only place you can adjust that easy entry/exit is in the infotainment screen. Click on settings, vehicle, easy entry/exit and make make sure that easy access height is turned on. That being said, I can’t find anywhere that says it will lower its height after you turn it off. Only when you exit and lock the vehicle. Hopefully the instructions above will yield a positive result. Thanks for watching!
Do u know why the 2nd row and 3rd row speakers aren’t playing the music?
Thanks for the question. My best guess is that the Fade controls have been changed to front speakers only. To find the adjustment for that click on the Settings button at the bottom right side of the infotainment screen and then click on the Sound Icon. You should now see a button to push for Fade and Balance, click on that and you should be able to re-adjust the Fade controller so that all speakers are playing. You might want to also click on the Balance controller just to be sure the balance is set in the middle. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

hi there the audio in our car is really scratchy and isnt coming from any speakers can u help please
Thanks for the question. Just to clarify, you have no sound coming from your cars speakers, but there’s a scratchy sound? Is the scratchy sound itself coming from the speakers or somewhere else?

Ok so what you want to do is click on the Settings button on the bottom far right, then click on the Sound icon. In here you can fix all of those issues (unless something is horribly wrong with your audio system, in which case you should take it to the dealership and let them fix it). At the top right you’ll see a button called “Reset All”. Click it and all should be good. You should now hear “normal” audio coming from all speakers. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

How do you clear all radio presets from a 2021 Aviator Reserve?
Thanks for the question. I believe if you go to a radio source (am, fm, or xm) and then look up in the top left corner you will see sources. Just under that you see either a small icon with a star on it, or the word “presets”. Click on that. From this screen you should be able to delete your presets. Thanks for watching!

@@CampsitePyro that could be. At least if you want to reset all the presets, you can do it manually by simply finding the radio station you want and the click and hold a preset you want changed, and it will reset to the station that’s currently showing. Thanks for watching!
How come my drivers side can't control the windows, but all my passengers can move their own windows. My controls don't work at all
Thanks for the question. There is no reason the drivers side window control switches should not work. They should always work. I would recommend taking it to the dealership and have them fix it. Only possibility I can think of, is a blown fuse, but I’m not sure the Aviator has a separate fuse for the driver window switches. Thanks for watching!
Hi there, my audio went off and won’t come back on even though I’ve been in and out of car. Can you help me?
Thanks for the question. It could be you turned it off accidentally. Press the power button once quickly and see if that unmutes it. Other wise you can go to settings and look for reset to default settings and click on that to see if it resets it and the volume works. Short of that you could bring it to the dealership as it should still be under warranty. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuysandaRide Thanks. I did both suggestions. My screen has Audio square almost masked out, and when I press it, it does nothing. I tried the fast start, no difference. I did notice my GPS is also not working. It has a red circle around GPS on my navigation screen. Yelp… please help! My dealership will pretend it’s something really serious 🧐 Thank You 🙏
@@felinefineferals8864 you could try pulling the infotainment fuse from the interior fuse panel wait a min then re-insert it but really that’s just the same as resetting the system which you tried earlier and it didn’t work. You could try and see what f there is an update for the system and if there is, install it. Short of that I would suggest taking it to the dealership. It should still be under warranty so it should not cost you anything but time. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

What they never tell you about HUD is that you can't see it if you're wearing polarized sunglasses...

Respectfully, I wear ONLY polarized sunglasses and have NEVER had an issue with viewing HUD with my 2020 Aviator. This is in very bright sun, brightness bouncing off fresh snow, cloudy weather, etc.
