I have one. it is... Black Label, grand touring, pristine white with flight theme and luggage tan interior with every available option. It also has the not listed as an option by Lincoln, option of rear seat entertainment found in the Navigator. This is an AMAZING vehicle. I have approximately 3700 miles on it and the computer tells me that I am averaging 24.7 mpg. This thing is a ROCKET. just bought one. tested the range rover sport, q7 etc and this is by far the best bang for your buck. beautiful cabin, great looks and performance. i've been a mercedes and porsche afficionado for years. this is a foray into the north american marque and it's beautiful.

Not gonna lie those audio tests are what make me keep watching your videos on and on!! I think it’s awesome you actually show the sound a vehicle produced
I love it since Lincoln launched it, but I would pick a midnight blue color. Watching this videos using the headphones makes it way much better, specially when you do the sound system. Excellent job man!!
I'm glad Topher mentioned some of the refinement issues with the engine and the cabin interior. I test drove one of these earlier this summer and I didn't notice those problems.
Terrible price of $75,000 new. Buy it used in two years and save the major depreciation. Great features, engine, and transmission. Lets hope Cadillac is watching this video for lessons on a powertrain upgrade to the XT6. Nice video detail, Bravo!
The engine produces great numbers, but sounds a wee bit “grainy”. I’m sure it’s smooth...it just sounds like it’s working a bit more to move that weight around. At any rate, this is a very sophisticated vehicle. Will wait for that Lincoln depreciation to kick in, them trade my Infiniti QX60 for one.
I saw a interview about this. Any new technology for vehicles is 5+ behind because of the testing. My phone shuts off if it gets to hot. Screens and computers in cars are not allowed to have any excuses for not working in extreme climates
N-I-C-E !! Thanks for the great video Topher. It's pretty impressive for an American vehicle. Yes, it has a few quality issues, most of which I am sure can be fixed at the dealership. And perhaps it is 95% of the German luxury SUV's. but I imagine those vehicles wear a hefty premium over the Aviator. There's only one thing that stood out to me, and not in a good way, which is the speaker grilles. The aluminum (?) looks cheap and doesn't blend in with the rest of the interior. Maybe they look better in person? The sound system is awesome, even listening to it via a YT video. One last thing, I am happy to see that Lincoln used restraint on the use of piano black surfaces.
Surprised you didn't mention the soft close doors and the adaptive cruise control -- wonderful in traffic jams on the highway as one never needs to touch the brake or accelerator when cars ahead slow down or speed up!
Rear diff will start making noise and leak after 30k, all suspension joints will need replacing at 60k, CEL at 50k, all blend door actuators after 70k, transmission at 100k. Overall Ford vehicles are great.
God, the looks, the SOUND, the interior? All A+ in my book. Shame about the rattles but i personally dont think i would be bothered too much by them. Only thing i'd change as soon as i got this car would be the wheels though. I hate pretty much all modern wheels nowadays, just looks cheap. Nearly everyone nowadays releasing chrom/steel+gloss black finish wheels.
We are on our 2nd 2020 Aviator. Major problems with #1 car, the replacement car is better but still has a multitude of aggravations, poor engine/transmissionn operation,“flickering” nav/camera scenes and the slowest , absolutely like my 1984 apple computer, nav/computer system. My grandma just bought this car she had a 2008 Lincoln navigator the whole back end it was air suspension in the whole back in just fell to the ground so the whole front and was up in the air and then the back was down on the ground so she bought this like three weeks ago
It’s because it’s a luxury car. Lincoln’s target market doesn’t buy cars used. Other guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, Mercedes-Benz can’t hold their value either. The Expedition, Yukon and Explorer on the other barely depreciate.
@@motech5832 I financed my last used truck from capital one for 3.3% interest (40k). To hell with paying more than that, anything over 4% I’ll walk away.

Ford and GM have had a habit of making pretty unrefined V6 noises unfortunately
I just don't understand why in 2020 these infotainment systems are still laggy. This tech has been around way to long for that sort of poor execution.
