The exquisite chair at 5:18 with the pantry top shelving displaying the whisky and spirits collection is great. But I would have preferred a rustic wooden bar top with high stools with 2700K dims lights rather than the harsh white for cosy night out sipping a good scotch.

I agree with you. Marble is monumental, and should be placed in monumental residence, not duplex or penthouses. Like putting a v12 engine in a fiat. You can do it, but should you do it? 6 is fair for thia design with little vision, an a lot of opulence. You can check Hollywood celebrities with houses in Italy, you will be amazed of how authentic they remain.
Nice design but they should have chosen a more exquisite marble rather than the usual cheap volakas for their TV feature wall. However, taste is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

This is a very cold space that is less of a house, but a club. cigar club, wine bar, restaurant. As well save the money and go China/Amerian Club.

Amazing house and design work. Can the presenter speak in simple English instead of trying to incorporate big words without knowing how to use them? Very annoying.

This looks so tacky..

Something is not right in the design here...the furniture looks made in China...there is no brass...but brass imitation. The marble is tacky! Too much carpentry works but the design and quality is questionable. You can tell from the appearance. Owner kena 'Con' ni.
