However I’m a little unconvinced of the message in this video about not breaking the bank, when the tips literally are: hand tufted custom rugs, custom carpentry by skilled professionals, choosing premium materials such as marble granite and gold stainless steel inlays throughout and while you’re at it, don’t skimp on furniture 😅. Looks beautiful though and I’m sure it’s worth it
I hear you. I know in the U.S. this is definitely true. But in some other countries custom carpentry and custom work done by local craftspeople may be more affordable than the imported items because of high importation taxes and VAT etc. So, his advice may apply in those places to give you a unique high-end look for less.
I think we the kids room having the bed upstairs is not really good idea. They can wake up for toilet in the evening and fall down 🤔 but rest looks nice :)

Love a lot of the designs. I find the magnetic track lighting interesting but rather expensive
Love the look of marble in bathrooms and kitchens but if not properly sealed will stain from acidic foods (even water stains).
If possible, the names of the products and prices used would be helpful
