It sucks that these experiments without being properly studied are being forced on people. I understand all the other ones as they're tested by time but this is clearly a money grab as they start to talk about them like they're subscription plans.
Filed a waiver, i485 denied and waiting to find out why...I suspect this. Only spent $3k+ "doing the right thing" LOL! I'll see myself out the door thanks!

I have had serious adverse reactions to former vaccines, I’ve had them all and show antibodies, civil surgeon has filled in I need a blanket waiver, yet still my green card was denied. Now what?

I heard a story recently from a person on K-1 visa that USCIS kept telling them they're missing a marriage certificate. However, this person sent it to them 2 times before, but okay, they sent it third time. Yet USCIS denied her green card. She sent a motion to reopen her case, also wrote to a senator and congressman of their state, I believe. After that her case was reopened and USCIS approved her green card. Maybe you can try it too.
Hi Megan,. Can you please clarify. Previously K1 applicants were excluded from COVID vaccine until applying for Adjustment of Status. Is this still in effect.
My question exactly. It still states in the USCIS website that this is still in play. So the K visas getting a medical in UK along with interview prior to being accepted for KVisa are deemed non immigrant and the website states atthis point you are Not required to have vaccines. So yes it is v confusing so I am not sure why this has not been addressed here?
Hi ! I'm gonna be in my green card process . I'm gonna try to get the waiver to not take the vax, I refuse it cuz of my moral beliefs. Also in my vax card ( I have only ones as I was required as a kid) but I refused to take the last one once I turned 18, is the history of me refusing to take the last one vaccine helpful for the case ? Cuz its not like I don't wanna take only for the covid but in general all of them. Thank you for your answer in advance !
My husband went to the medical exam and he told the doctor for religious reasons we dont vaccinate and they sa8d it was fine but he did have to get the others. What will happen ? His case says refused online and 221g asking for the same documents they already had . Sent 2x and still refused. Any advice?
Hi, I have my green card interview set for April in canada. I would qualify for the exemption based on conscientious beliefs/morals. Do I fill out the i601 and bring it to my medical exam appointment or do I have to file it somewhere else?

@@armwrestlingcenter1730 hello! Yes, I had to fill it out and send it to uscis after my interview was done and after I got a letter from the consulate saying I was eligible to apply for the waiver. My forms were received by uscis in May and still waiting for their decision.
@@lizb5884 hi, yes I got the waiver approved in about 6.5 months and then my green card approval within a couple of months. I had to redo the medical exam because it was longer than 6 months since I had done it. I also had to update my ds-260 because I had another child since I had filled it out initially.

It’s disgusting
Even if a vaccine has been "tested", you don't need them. All vaccines are trash and a complete scam.
I would love a waiver.
You literally didn’t say anything we didn’t already know. How do we fill out the religious belief waiver?
This is criminal

What if you are already in the USA.?🤷♂️ Do you have to get the jab to get the green card
Unfortunately...
It seems we are in the same situation. Hopefully 2023 it's around the corner, and maybe things will change for everybody.
I hope by 2024 they will abolish it as one of the requirements because I dont have covid vaccine too. I’m afraid😀
Looks like it’s fully still in place in 2024
How would I apply for the religious waiver?
Hi of a doctor waiver your covid vaccine is that all they require or another form needs to be done by the doctor for why her or she is waivering it?

That looks like a trap, if is due to religious it should be for all of them not only for certain vax
Any news from your case ?
