I make one that's white with peaches and pears! so yummm!
100% agree -- i love peaches (and nectarines) in white sangria --- drink the sangria then eat the marinated fruit, perfect summer quencher
Recipe please
Sounds delish❗️
Add prunes for fibre
Fabulous! That carafe is a serving for one at my house. Perfect complement to any Saturday chores!
😂😂😂 So true!!!
Same !
This sangria reminds me of the one I drank in Italy made with my favorite pinot Grigio.
I make mine with a handle of vodka and a bag of Skittles gummies. Turns out primo every time.
Lovin' Julia at Home! Oh, that Sangria is calling, and we can drink it on the porch swing at my place. Julia knows how to relax! ❤
Watermelon Sangria with strawberries 🎉❤
That sounds good!
🍊🍋 Cheers!
I think this is a quick and easy recipe for a delicious citrus-“aid”!! Love it! Might have a sifter of Marnier on the side!😂🤣❤️
Sounds really good. Thank you.
That looks good but like it's an awfully sweet one. Best I ever had, at a niece's engagement party, had cucumber slices, halved white grapes, lime slices, honey dew melon chunks and some kind of sweet basil. It was so very refreshing.
In my humble opinion, any white Sangria without peaches or nectarines is subpar. 🍑🍑🍑
This video is awesome. Simple and easy
Looks fantastic, Julia! Will be trying it soon. 🙂
Looks refreshing
I add a tiny bit of brandy and a dash of vanilla extract to this exact recipe….next level! Also I think I put I little more fresh squeezed oj in mine than you do. I also sometimes add in some chopped apple and green grapes. 🤓
A few years ago we were having a party and I made a red and a white sangria. I thought the white was great, the fruit/citrus was (perfectly ripe) white peach and grapefruit.
That was the year I found out how many of our friends (we're getting older) were on statins and grapefruit was a non-starter.
All these with lemon/orange, even lime should be fine, but know your audience, beware the curse of grapefruit. I still think the grapefruit option was great and I still enjoy grapefruit now and then, but I don't use it in bulk drinks. Too many people can't enjoy it.
This and your Classic red sangria are the only sangria i make. Been my go to since Adam developed the recipe going on 30 years ago. (Sorry Adam, but we are both getting on in years.)
That "aahhh" after a sip says it all.
Rather then use ice cubes, use frozen fruits... it will remain boozy longer... And you can eat the fruits afer, for the vitamins...
@@borisc6714
😊of course!! 😵💫
How do you get the residual fruit out of the carafe afterwards ..... it took some putting in initially
I've only had red sangria. This sounds good too, but white wine and I aren't friends 😂
If I were to make it for a friend, I'd definitely use the beautiful peaches we're known for in the fruit belt of the Niagara Region 🇨🇦
I like both red and white sangria about equally, but for straight wine, I strongly prefer red wine over white.
How do you get the fruits out after you finish ??
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
How does she get the fruit slices out of the carafe for cleaning?
Take a shot every time she says carafe
Improved Version
1 medium orange
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 medium lemon
1 medium lime
1 medium firm-ripe peach or nectarine
1 small Granny Smith apple
1 (750-milliliter) bottle white wine, such as pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc
1/4 cup brandy or orange liqueur
4 large strawberries
1 bunch fresh mint
1 1/2 cups chilled seltzer water, lemon-lime soda, or sparkling wine
How do you clean the fruit out?
Maybe symple syrup instead of sugar
I’ve never had a white sangria without peach 🍑
I would like a lemon sangria. Not a fan of oranges. It does look good.
Not a fan of oranges! You’re holding back. Reveal your true feelings!
I can't get to print the recipe because they keep on putting ad blocks over it and it's really stinks because I would love to print this and I can't
She tells you the whole recipe. Just write it down. It's 4 ingredients and like 3 steps. Lol
Recipes are too constraining! I use them as a guide or as an idea. It’s not as if you could ruin Sangria.
To search for perfection
Is all very well
But to look for heaven
Is to live here in hell

That wasn’t an orange. It was a lemon.
Sangría is traditionally made with red wine.
Thank you Ms. Obvious.

First
Second?
Says a little bit of sugar proceeds to pour in a crap load of sugar😂
Did all that sugar even disdolve?
1/4 cup is not a lot of sugar. It has to cover the lemon. I usually uses equal parts lemon juice and sugar for lemonade.
@@acemannotsomeother "The body doesn't need added sugars to function properly, and refined sugar can be unhealthy."
She put in 4 tablespoons.... 1 tablespoon would have provided the same diluted sweet taste......time for Americans to start reducing sugars, salts, and fats ....
@@pavelow235 it an alcoholic drink! Sweet is sweet!
Too much sugar
A 1/4 cup is too much?
I would have taken the seeds out of the citrus when she stirred it all I seen was a ton of seeds choking hazard
Do not serve this to babies. Problem solved! 👍
Only if you drink too much too quickly and can't put the bottle down😅
@@lobodo988
🤣
@@lobodo988 When I give my little ones sangria, their sippie cups catch the seeds and bits of fruit, choking hazard avoided
I have planted all the seeds from all the citrus I have consumed since yesterday. I now have a garden full of holes.
